Very convenient location. The area is also quiet and safe. Love the kitchen and the brightness of the room. However, as a family of three staying for 6 nights - we were only given 60ml of shampoo and 1 toilet paper roll for 6 days. The hotel refused to replenish the supply. The head board above the bed fall off the wall and fortunately it did not hit us. When we told the receptionist, he didn't apologize.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood , but short walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway stations where there are lots of restaurants, convenient stores and drug store. The room was as described. There's even laundry machine inside the room. The mini kitchen is a plus if you don't want to eat out. Great for budget travelers like myself.

The location and amenities are amazing! I can't believe there is a room with a full kitchen and washer/dryer and super modern bathroom in this neighborhood at this room rate! The staff are lovely as well and I'd recommend Space Apart Hotel for business or personal travel to anyone!

Fantastic place to call home.

We had a wonderful stay here, first time in this area of London. The location was great, several tube stations within easy walking distance, lots of shops, small restaurants of every ethnic region, grocery stores where we picked up ready to go meals that were easily heated in the microwave back in our room. Our room was a triple which gave us an amazing amount of space, especially when compared to a lot of London hotels. We had a comfortable bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, even air conditioning. The staff were very pleasant & helpful, especially when it came to giving us advice about getting around. We would recommend this hotel to anyone & will return if ever back in UK.

Quite street but close to active Kensington area was great. Tiny room but had all amenities - very well organized. AC went out after a few nights which was a drag but they cut our fee by %20 so I was satisfied. I would stay here again.

Cozy and clean apartment if you're interested in a more local feel vs standard hotel. Located in a mostly residential area next to lots of amenities, including transit and shops. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Two weeks in London!

The suite was perfect for our needs because there was a kitchen, though no oven. The room had a washer and dryer combo and after figuring out how to make it work, it worked great! Remember that London has very small suites so don't be surprised. Our bathroom was so small, you only had room to turn around. They didn't have bar soap, only liquid soap. They didn't have washcloths, so it's a good thing I brought my own. The front desk said they would clean the room after one week, but they forgot and when I reminded them after 9 days, then they were very apologetic and had the room cleaned. One more nit picky thing- the garbage cans were very small so we had to get them emptied almost every day. We still enjoyed staying at this hotel as the location was very convenient and also near Kensington Park.
