Great place to stay. Only downside was there was a noisy person staying in the room next to us and he and whoever was staying with him would be arguing very loudly so it was a bit scary for a family with young children to hear. However, this was beyond the hotel’s control.

Check in was a nightmare. The gentleman that helped us couldn’t speak English. Felt for him and us as we were exhausted. The management was very cheap about providing extra dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. You had to pay for it. We got enough stuff for one day and were there for six. The apartment was dated, but had a lovely balcony.

A self contained apartment - not a hotel!!

It was good to be independent in an apartment, however, some niceties of a hotel would have been nice. Hand towels for example. Additionally, some items were missing / not working (wine glasses & spatula to flip eggs and gas stove ignitor that did not work), however this was attended to by the excellent staff. The apartment was adequately furnished but noisy even though on the 27th floor (not from neighbours but outside the facility). The construction noise from a neighbouring site was annoying - started ~7:00 am till about 7:00 pm, besides the other city noises at night - buzz of traffic and various generators etc..

The room was okay, but the biggest problem with this place is that they nickel and dime guests. It should be made very obvious in their information that if you want any of the usual amenities (such as shampoo, conditioner, hand towels or even facecloths) that you will have to pay extra for them. I would perhaps expect this sort of thing in a budget property but not in one that's charging about the same as higher end hotels and apartments. When I mentioned this to front desk staff at check out I was told to "call the manager so he can explain it to you because it's important that you understand". I travel a lot and have never had quite that sort of response! Wrong answer - I won't be staying here again. If you are still considering this property and want wi-fi you should check with them because I couldn't find any option for it (another negative).

The property is a little bit old and attention to detail in the cleaning could be a lot better. The rooms look nothing like the photos. The fridge wasn’t working in our room, however the staff were helpful and we were relocated to another room and they offered to pay for the spoilt food. No air conditioners in the bedrooms so it was very hot. The rubbish Shute was blocked and there was a build up of rubbish for a few days which was smelt throughout the floor we were staying on. We probably wouldn’t stay again.

very good location, very clean rooms. i made a mistake of taking the stairs after parking the car at the parking area. doors leading to stairs only opens from the outside, once inside, only way to get out is walk down to ground level to take the emergency exit.

We the location great for access to the Brisbane River and its attractions especially the river ferry. There were plenty of dining options available within a few minutes easy walk. The building is not a motel rather a residential complex with the 28th floor providing short stay accommodation.
