The staff were very helpful. The propery is a short walk from the city centre and there is an excellent small supermarket close by. The accommodation itself was fine and the car park was secure.

I would have given 5 stars out of 5, because the room and the facility were very good. What a pity for the breakfast room, totally underdimensioned for this hotel-residence. You have to wait for plates, cutlery and free spaces. The two breakfast ladies try their best, but the breakfast room is simply not suitable for this facility. The brakfast food is good though, with choices of fresh fruits and grains.

It surely delivers what it promises to. Great location, comfortable bed and great shower. I always stay there when I visit Angers to teach.

We booked two rooms with mixed conditions. The room on level 8 was much better than level 7. The level 8 beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern with a shower over the the bathtub. The level 7 bathroom was an old styled open tiled shower area shared with the toilet. There was visible mould in the corner of the tiles which was quiet off putting. The non stick cooking pots and pans in both rooms were also terrible scratched which wasn't appealing to prepare meals with. It is in a convenient location with a supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again.

Convenient to IceParc Angers

Just a short walk to the IceParc Angers, it is a convenient location for events there. The night I checked in the elevator was broken and they put me on the 6th floor. It was horrible. There was also no hot water. The next day they moved me to the second floor. It took several days for the elevator to be fixed. This was better at least for climbing stairs. The siting room light did not work. Rooms are a bit spartan but clean. Bathrooms clean. Breakfast was limited and they ran out of eggs by the time I got to breakfast most mornings. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away, and then an area of shopping and restaurants. Once the elevator was fixed the stay was nice enough. The reception staff was very good. The area was quiet and seemed safe. Despite the problems I would return if the need to occurred.

Le canapĂ© lit de notre appartement Ă©tait plein de poussiĂšre et n'avait visiblement pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©... Nous avons donc Ă©tĂ© redirigĂ©s vers deux chambres sĂ©parĂ©es faute de place mais avec deux enfants en bas Ăąge, pas simple... Odeurs de local poubelle dans le hall d'entrĂ©e, traces de saletĂ© sur les murs et poussiĂšre dans les coins bref la propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale laisse tout de mĂȘme Ă  dĂ©sirer pour un trois hĂŽtels ! Heureusement, les draps Ă©taient propres...

Nous sommes venus pour un sĂ©jour de deux nuits et notre chambre Ă©tait suite. Seul bĂ©mol ayant rĂ©servĂ© pour un couple + notre fille nous aurions espĂ©rĂ© qu’elle ai un « vrai lit » mais elle avait le canapĂ© lit. Elle a cependant trĂšs bien dormi c’est juste qu’ayant rĂ©servĂ© un appartement hĂŽtel pour 4 nous pensions avoir deux chambres et pas un couchage dans le salon Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait excellent et la salle est trĂšs agrĂ©able donc mĂȘme si le coĂ»t nous a semblĂ© un peu Ă©levĂ© lors du paiement des petits dĂ©jeuner nous avons compris le lendemain matin ! Il y a tout, sucrĂ©, salĂ©, jus
 Nous n’hĂ©siterons pas Ă  rĂ©server de nouveau lors d’un prochain sĂ©jour! L’hĂŽtel est en plus trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du centre ville et presque en face d’un Spar pour faire quelques courses si nĂ©cessaire Merci pour l’accueil

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé 2 nuits .Sejour agréable. 2 adultes /2 enfants . Beaucoup de rangement dans le logement. Tres bonne communication avec le personnel. Il nous manquait quelques couverts. Nois l'avons signalé et tout a été régler. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Géographiquement bien placée.
