Really fantastic. Just far enough away from Shinjuku that it was restful but close enough to walk. Looks like a small room but it’s so well organized that you don’t even notice.

Very clean property , spotless. The neighborhood is in a quiet side of Shinjuku . Location is perfect if you want to stay in the Center but in a quieter side. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Room is quite big and spacious for an accommodation in the centre of Tokyo.One of the best accommodation we had. There is a complimentary coffee, tea and water 24 hours. It was a perfect stay, you added a pleasure in our Japan trip👍

I absolutely had an amazing time during my 7 days stay at the hotel. I did not encounter any problems or issues. The wifi was fast. The room is always clean and tidy. The room is also spacious for a reasonable price. Train station is close by and Shinjuku/kabukicho is also close (about 15mins walk) or you can ride the bus (bus stop at the front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and warm as well. The area though close to shinjuku is fairly quiet with less tourist. Will definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Tokyo.

The front desk was friendly and very helpful. However, after staying from other 3 hotels through out our trip this one is a bit disappointing, the room was outdated with no full length mirror. The carpet in front of room is already disintegrating. I guess we were paying for the location. Walking distance to Dotonbori.

Great hotel for a great price in a great area. Staff are helpful and attentive, rooms are great and everything is clean. The hotel is located in Shinjuku but is away from the hustle and bustle, making it very quiet while still being in a great location. We will definitely be back.
