Staff are nice at the front desk, room is not big but good functional space. Only thing I want to mention is that the bathroom sink water goes down very slowly, therefore it will accumulate a pool of water there. Also bedsheet are not premium quality, it's a bit rough and old. Location of hotel is far away from city center, therefore you need to transfer by bus and take subway a bit longer to get to different places.

decent/nice hotel but walking over from the tube station through homeless and people bleeding from the face from fights, I would never take my family to this area for sure. It was ok because I was by myself but a single female would not feel comfortable in this area at night

It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.

Really spacious room/apartment with all the bits I needed in the kitchen. Super clean, and although i was worried about noise as it's on a main road - that turned out to not be a problem. Friendly staff at the front desk and easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!
