Didn't meet expectations

It's a hotel and residential building where the front desk is only available during the day. We got absolutely no wifi and then front desk gave me the number to call someone and didn't deal with it themselves. The property is nice but mostly filled with retirees. For the amount of money we paid to stay, I wouldn't stay here again.

It was a nice little place very close to everything at Broadbeach. Easy parking , nice pool area with sauna and spa The only negative was the room was a little old but still very clean indeed

The staff are so lovely and helpful here, the entry is great, you feel good when you go to the pool area to chill and the gym is great too. My husband and I love it so much here that we are looking for a permanent stay :)

Not the best property I’ve been to. The biggest flaw and flag for anyone is that the curtains in the bedroom were definitely not made to measure. One side was fine, the other side was about 50cm short off the ground and both sides 20-30cm from the sides, so all I got was the light coming through every day. The living room also doesn’t have curtains or blinds. None at all. Secondly, the washing machine did not work! I had to call and then I personally had to turn the water valve on, only for then the machine to the flood the bathroom! The free breakfast was basic but the ladies at the cafe must’ve been the absolute highlight - so lovely and the thing that made it great (plus their homemade yogurt muesli!)
