Service moyen, voir nul... locaux OK

Le séjour commence mal parce que nous sommes arrivés après 22h. Bien que nous ayons avisé et accepté de payer les pénalités, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Nous avons dormi dans la voitures avec les enfants en attendant le matin. Pour reste le séjours c'est bien passé. L’appartement était agréable, avec une énorme terrasse.

22 e 02 minuti e ci hanno fatto fare il check-in lasciandogli le chiavi all’interno di un contatore dell’acqua, quando aperto l’appartamento abbiamo trovato i fuochi sport dissi, i copriletti macchiati tutti e quattro. Ho chiamato al signor Giorgio e ho chiesto A sostituire i copriletti, la sua risposta è stata questa: a me chi me lo paga l’ora di lavoro che lei mi sta disturbando a telefono in quanto dovevo chiamare al mattino… Lavorare come facevo a chiamare al mattino? Non avendo ancora visto l’appartamento? Comunque sconsiglio questo posto

Dit verblijf niet boeken! Voorkom teleurstelling!!

Geen receptie aanwezig bij het appartement. Bij aankomst rond 17:00 volgens de berichtgeving een lokaal nummer gebeld van het kantoor. De dame die ik aan de lijn kreeg sprak helaas alleen Italiaans en ik kon haar niet duidelijk maken dat ik wilde inchecken. Vervolgens kwam er een meneer mijn kant uit en beduide mij dat hij zou bellen met het kantoor. Ook deze meneer sprak geen Engels. Uiteindelijk bleek hij de persoon te zijn waarbij we moesten inchecken. Hierbij wilde hij een kopie van onze paspoorten maken. Ik wilde hem duidelijk maken dat ik dit niet wilde in verband met fraude, maar voordat ik het wist had hij al een foto gemaakt. Toen ik aangaf dat ik hier niet blij mee was smeet hij de paspoorten op de tafel en maakte mij duidelijk dat ik het dan maar verder zelf uit moest zoeken. Een andere medewerker die ook in het kantoor aanwezig was sprak hem daar op aan en ik begreep eruit (ik spreek geen Italiaans) dat zij het totaal niet eens was met zijn gedrag. Ik heb op dat moment geprobeerd Hotels.com telefonisch te benaderen, maar voordat ik contact had kwam hij er alweer aanlopen en beduide mij dat ik weer naar binnen moest komen. Uiteindelijk besloten toch maar een foto van het andere paspoort laten maken. Hierna kregen wij de sleutel van het appartement. Het appartementen complex is erg gehorig en wordt ook bewoond door lokale bevolking. Wij hebben last gehad van schreeuwende ruziënde buren en blaffende honden.

Meraviglioso

Siamo qui in famiglia (4 persone) in un delizioso appartamentino con giardino, siamo arrivati molto prima dell'orario previsto(alle 10.00 circa), non volevo telefonare poiché avevo letto un'altra recensione dove si diceva che non avrebbe risposto nessuno fino alle 16.00 e invece ho chiamato, è venuto ad accoglierci il Signor Giorgio dopo nemmeno 2 minuti, una persona gentilissima che ci ha messo a disposizione la casa, bella e pulita.. Paese tranquillo e verde. Lo consiglio vivamente specie a chi viaggia in auto.

Ideal overnight stop.

Ideal for an overnight stop while travelling. Easy parking and close to motorway. Spacious apartment for 5 people. Restaurants nearby including McDonalds. The only problem was that we were told about the 25 Euro cleaning charge AFTER we booked the room. (However, we are not sure whether we ended up paying it or not).

Terrible experience

I paid for a room with queen bed , a single bed and a sofa cama and when I got there It was only 4 single ( smaller than single) beds. Furthermore, it did say it have free parking and it is not true. They asked to pay 8 € per day. Another bad thing, it did not say anywhere on the page that it does not have air conditioning,so they wanted me to pay an extra Charge of 5 € per day. When I try to call the person in charge, she told me she could not do nothing because her boss was on vacation. I tried to call again and turned off her phone so nonbody were answering. It has been a bad experience not only with this apartment but also with Hotels.com

Impossible de contacter qui que ce soit..... Dormi dans la voiture avec mon mari et nos trois enfants.............. J'ai fait une demande de remboursement( j'estime que c'est un minimum) mais toujours pas de suite!!!! Ça nous laisse un souvenir pas très agréable pour la fin de nos vacances.

Bad experience. Do Not Book

Not a very pleasant exoerience there at all. We arrived slightly earlier and wondered about check in. There is no reception so we had to spend 30 mins trying to ring an italian number and when we finally got through the lady spoke only Italian (which is fine but if you are advertising a hotel on many english websites at least have 1 memver that speaks english or a whatsapp number so we could text and translate). She was no help and we were waiting till 4:30 to check in when the check in time on the website was in fact 4, in Italian summer heat this was frustrating. The Wifi didnt work and there was no air conditioning. When checking out there was a certain time the downstairs office was open and when we got there at that time to check out, the man in charge wasnt available. We waited from 9-10 to hand in the key and he still didnt arrive. In frustation and time constraints we had to give the key to another resident who lived there to pass on. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL / APPARTMENT. If at all possible stay in a nicer hotel and consider paying more for a better experience.
