I couldnt use tge wifi in the room. A very very vey long unmemorable password, which was placed on a small pad at tge reception. Unlike what the staff said, nothing in the room. Bedding looks like 'unwashed' used by someone else. This was proven when we reentered the room to pick up our bags just prior to leaving The same bedding was remade, if i am not mistaken. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the staff were kind.

If you want service, go somewhere else

We have been going to this hotel every year for almost 7 years. We will never go back. Terrible start to finish. We got there and no one was there to greet us. We finally get in and we say we have bags and they wheel out a bag rack that does not fit on the incredibly small elevators. They don’t help us by taking the bags to the room. I have to do it. They tell us the wrong room number after I hump all the bags to the room and the key doesn’t work. This all happens on the first night when we check in. From then on, everything is a complete shambles. We ask to have the room cleaned, the cleaning staff have left for the day. We ask to have a wake up call, they forget to call us. Basically, it was one disappointment after another.

Our first room was very outdated and no Nespresso like the other rooms. Our 2nd room, we changed after 2 nights, was very well appointed. The wifi service in both rooms was less than adequate. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff

Hotel is close to many sights. It is also close to a metro station that is very convenient when you want to come back to hotel at the end of the day after hours of walking. There are lots of cafes and restaurants close-by. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their recommendation for sightseeing was priceless. Room was clean but a bit small.

GREAT LOCATION

Staff was very accommodating , Robert was wonderfull help getting us our transfers to the airport and checking in on our flights from hotel. Hotel location cant be beat. Would stay there again and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for where to stay. Rooms were large with full king beds and very comfortable.

Check in was amazing. I forget everyone's names but the staff was so friendly in the beginning. Very helpful. On our third day tho all of the outlets in the room stopped working. I couldn't charge my phone so I had no alarm. When I called the front desk all he told me was he could charge my phone for an hr. we ended up having to stay up all night trying to fix the situation. When the repair person came at 8pm he flicked a switch that was in the box in our room. We ended up sleeping and missing our Eiffel Tower passes to which the hotel basically told us it was our problem. At check in I had them order a cake and small bottle of champagne as it was my sons birthday. They had it all set up in the room, iy was amazing. Until check out when I was given a 56$ bill for 2 small bottles of champagne. The room itself was beautiful. Great view. The hotel is in a great area. Within 30 min walking distance of everything

We have stayed at Hotel Atala twice now and we really enjoy our stay each time. The staff is very friendly and understanding. For Paris especially, friendly and understanding is in VERY SHORT SUPPLY. Expect excellent service, attention to detail. The hotel is literally a one minute walk from the most famous street in Paris, Champs Elysees. Right across the street from the famous flagship Louis Vuitton store. You are in the heart of the city and close to everything, especially by transit. It is a quaint French hotel with a unique design. Remember to ask for a superior double room or you will have the usual french sized hotel room, like a closet with a bed. We will stay there again. Highly recommended.
