Just ok

Hotel is ok… it’s in the club part of the island so keep that into consideration. Cleanliness is not a thing, the cleaning service don’t make beds, I had to ask for dish soap to wash dishes, and you’re lucky if you get a pillow.

Good stay, bad wifi

Everything went well and as expected but the free wifi that was supposed to be included did not reach the rooms or the pool. This made everything a lot more difficult as we are tourists from Canada and Australia

Just meters away from the beach and on the main strip of Playa d'en Bossa. Rooms were clean and I was happy that this smoking friendly hotel provided me a room that did not smell of smoke at all. I recommend this hotel if you are in Ibiza to party and want to be centrally located to all the bars, clubs, restaurants and shops/convenience stores.

Septic issue/waterfront

The Hotel is located in a great spot. The server at the patio was great but the rooms septic stunk up the place as if it was backed up. All of the water is salt water, brush your teeth and shower with salt water. I would pay 20euro less Oh the wifi sucks just use a hotspot on your phone, and the electricity is controlled and times out if you do not use your card.

All-out Party-hotel in Ibiza

We had a blast in this hotel, it has everything from a crazy & loud pool party through to a chill-out restaurant, and everything in-between. It's not for the fainthearted, or for families - be ready to have the party of your life, meet some great people and enjoy all that this place has to offer. One word of advice - do not book this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful holiday; it is a 24/7 party hotel.

bad! bad! Bad! Hotel

Will never ever recommend anyone to stay there. They promise something else and when you get there they give you something different. Very bad service, and want money for any and everything once you get there. We asked for some toiletries and we were told to go out and buy our own as they didn't have any in stock. Very bad hotel to stay in and will never ever recommend anyone to go there.

Un bruit assourdissant resonait dans la chambre. Impossible de fermer l’oeil. Personne n’a voulu nous écouter à la reception. Aucune comprehension et tres antipathiques. Il ya quand meme eu un technicien qui est venu en fin d’apres-midi mais on entendait le bruit que le soir et le matin. Restriction d’eau chaude pour la douche : 2 mn et ensuite de l’eau froide. On nous a amené des serviettes propres mais une fois depliées, elles étaient couvertes de boulettes de cheveux.

We can't complain about the location of Jet appartment. Room service was excellent. As we are aware that this was not a so much quiet place we selected anyway as we wanted to feel the Ibiza party experience. Well, I can say that this place is more than just a bit noisy it's completely insane and it seems like there is nobody to control the bunch of party animals that walk around the place and bang on other doors. and it's non stop until we actually take a risk and confront does animals. You can't contact the front desk because at the early time in the morning there is nobody. there is one bad looking dude at the entrance and other than looking bad looking he does nothing to contain the extreme noise and other customer disturbance. Honestly for the price we paid for this place other than location I would never recommend this place to anyone AVOID AVOID unless you are the typical party animal that does not respect anyone, and would do that type of disturbance
