Staying in a palace is a unique experience not to be missed. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. We felt like royalty in the lavish breakfast room.

Great Vacation Stay

Very large and comfortable palatial rooms. Hotel staff was excellent friendly and efficient. Very helpful. Food was good. Location was central. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book this hotel a second time. Good value for the cost.

In Lucca from out of the country

We were in fron out of the country and had no expectations when we arrived, but were blown away! It was a lovely surprise, and the over ambiance was a treat. Service was excellent.

A taste of the life of a noble.

Large rooms with high ceilings and painted frescoes seem underfurnished, but just because the rooms are so big! Located close to the main shopping street and restaurants. Parking behind locked gates is a definite plus. Generous, delicious breakfast. Staff very helpful. Street noise in the evening, but the windows closed completely shut it out. A highlight of the accommodation encountered during our trip.
