Yeesh. Nice place could be great -so many problems

The apartment was clean and the location is great but so many problems. 1) The room we received is NOT the one in the picture it was much smaller. 2) It was under construction, in theory but the only thing we saw was construction mess in the hall for a week, signs waiting to be installed. 3) a few electrical socket did not work 4) the worst the front door code did not work for days, but instead of informing us of other ways to get into the place - nothing. We could only email, the phone number and whatsapp did not work.

Great stay

Overall, we had a great stay. The service and location were great. A couple of recommendations - a little more variety from day to day for breakfast would have been nice but it was great to have vegan options upon request. Also, we were told that the room would be cleaned every week. Unfortunately, that's only true if you stay more than 8 days. We stayed for 8 so never had our room cleaned. I realize that the infrequent cleaning is part of the reason for the great price but it really should be done every 3 or 4 days. I also don't understand why we were asked to take out our garbage at the end of our stay - would it really have been that much to add for the clean up crew? As I said though, because of the great service and great location, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

A gem in city centre

We loved our apartment style room although we never had to use the kitchen during our one night stay. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed comfortable and we appreciated the black out blinds. The bathroom was also spacious and modern. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants yet quiet. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Convenient and comfortable stay

StayAt is conveniently located in the centre of Lund. It is not a fancy place, but it is modern, clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket one block away, so it is easy to buy fresh food and cook your own meals (a great money saver). They offer a good Scandinavian breakfast buffet, where you can get cereal, cold meats, cheese, fruit, bread and hard-boiled eggs. If you come to the hotel in the middle of the day for a break, it is nice to find fresh fruit, cookies, tea and coffee available for free in the lobby. There are also free laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi.. The members of the staff are nice and helpful. Because it is an apartment hotel, your room is serviced only once a week unless you pay extra for the service, so keep that extra cost in mind if daily service is something that matters to you. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lund.

Praktiskt och bra

Mycket praktiskt boende med ett bra pris. Nära till butik där man kan handla det man behöver till frukost (som inte ingår i hotellpriset). Nästa gång tar vi ett lite större rum för detta rum hade bara en fåtölj. Stor rymlig lobby där vi åt juldags lunch (medhavd) med familjerna i Lund

A bit underwhelming

Ok overall but the room wasnt as cosy or family friendly as I hoped. No enough pillows for two people sleeping. We had a later checkin as we got the message that the room was still bring cleaned at 16:01 and then when we came in the floors were still wet. Parking is at convenient location next to the entrance
