Everything was great except for the fact that cockroaches were on the patio at night. Very disturbing to our dinner and couldn’t keep any of the patio doors open due to fear of them getting into the unit.

We had a wonderful stay, so much so that we extended our vacation here by several days! We had a Ocean View Studio - it comfortably sleeps 4 and has a beautiful view. The unit has washer and dryer which is a huge bonus! The 3 pools kept the kids busy, and steps away is a gorgeous beach - find a sandy area (some spots are rocky) and it’s great for playing in all day, swimming, and snorkelling. We saw turtles! Thank you to the staff, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!

The music at Dukes was thoroughly enjoyable as one sat by any of the 3 pools. The service is respectful and accommodating. Some of the patio loungers were broken and likely should have been removed. The Aina gourmet shop closed when we were there resulting in an inconvenience for some. Hopefully another similiar shop will open soon.

I paid for a partial ocean view, but there was no seated view of the ocean from the lanai. You had to walk to one end and lean out, and look through trees. It was a awful and disappointing.

our room was under construction when we got there and we were told there were no other rooms available. When we opened the curtains in our living room there was scaffolding on our deck. I had painters wanting to see how the work was going coming to our room. one of the elevators was broken so we were all trying to get into one elevator. The room itself was ok.
