Close to Maritime Museum

We had a good stay here. It is very close to Darling Harbour and the Maritime Museum. It’s about 2km from the Sydney Opera House. We walked it but took an Uber back. There is a metro on York Street for groceries. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We had a kitchen which cut down on food costs which was great. They don’t have 24 hour reception. I would recommend this hotel.

Aged but close to Darling Harbour

This apartment complex is located only one block from Darling Harbour, but across the street from the nightclub that is open until 4:00 am on Saturdays. If you have a suite facing the street it is very noisy Friday and Saturday nights. The room is aged and needs some updates, the bed was comfortable and in a separate room. The shower had mildew on the tiles that had been painted over and our bathroom sink drained very slowly, we complained about it but it was not attended to by anyone. The washer and dryer worked well. There is a patio to go outside on and we had a Harbour View. Our dishwasher didn't work properly and hadn't for the previous guests, judging by the water in the bottom and the undissolved dishwasher detergent tablet in the dispenser. We told the desk about this and it wasn't fixed and we weren't given a different room during our stay. She told us she remembered this being an issue previously, yet we were put in that room. This location is a 30 min walk to the Opera House/Circular Quay and there are many things to see between these locations.

Good apartment in central location

A good central location. Very convenient for city, restaurants, etc. The apartment was great, with good bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool on the roof top was good, with one exception - the steps into the pool were broken and couldn't be used. Also, the air conditioning in the main room worked OK for that room, but the air didn't flow into the bedroom. Hence it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping.

The apartment was a good size and had all the facilities in good working order. It was in a convenient position and it has a neat little veranda at the front. The main bed was comfortable but the pull-out bed for our son a little it uncomfortable but okay

who we dealt with were kind and extremely helpful Our room was not the cleanest nor modern but had the basics even though our pot to cook in handle was broken, fry pan was of poor quality. On our 3rd day the person who makes bed and empty rubbish left our door open all day, we found this upsetting as all our stuff was inside. We notified desk and they said they reported it but felt like that was the end of it......I think leaving a room door not on its latch pretty poor for the amount of money we paid to not be looked after. After this i felt pretty unsafe and asked the desk to not send anyone over to do beds or bins as trust was gone. No compensation was offered.

The property is in a great location. It’s definitely a bit run down. The air on didn’t work properly and we asked for a fan. The manager was excellent and went and bought one as they didn’t have any. It was definitely over priced but we were there for the Taylor Swift weekend so everything was overpriced.

위치는 좋았지만 시끄러웠어요.

위치는 아주 좋습니다. 4인 가족여행으로 왔는데 잠만자고 여행을 하기엔 좋았지만 휴식이나 힐링을 위해서라면 다른호텔을 추천하고싶어요. 도시 한가운데라 위치적으로 아주 좋고 중심지여서 걸어다니거나 트램타기엔 좋았습니다. 저녁에 잘때 시끄러웠답니다. 청소는 매일 깨끗하게 해주었으나 환풍기 먼지가 있고 샤워기가 없어 불편했습니다. 세탁기와 건조기가 있어 편리하고 주방이있어 식사가 가능합니다. 수영장이 있으나 작고 이용하는 사람이 없으며 아파트형 원룸이라고 생각하시면됩니다. 쇼파배드가 있지만 덩치큰남자 한명자기에 적당하며 우리는 싱글베드2개를 신청했지만 결론적으로 말하면 2~3명이 적당합니다.
