Good location and great to have free parking. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very dated though, no AC and no opening windows so in the middle of summer was pretty hot

We had no hot water in the apartment, bed was uncomfortable, missing remote for TV in the bedroom and 1 lift was out of order making impossible to travel from our apartment to ground without walking down the fire stairs. Very expensive for 1 night given the awful experience. Try and avoid if possible.

The oven was disgustingly dirty, couldn't even use it. The table and benchtop were still dirty from the previous guests. The pictures posted are obviously from when it was brand new, very misleading. Won't book ever again.
