Beautiful place! Loved it!

Great place to stay. We were in Truckee for a wedding at the Ritz Carlton. It was so nice to stay in a condo with a kitchen and so much space for the kids to play. We'd love to come back in the summer one day to check out the Vikingsholm castle.

This was my second time staying at this property! I absolutely love that skiing is just a quick walk across the village, parking is in an underground garage, and everyone is so nice! One thing that they need to work on is remembering to change the sign for the highlands gondola up to the Ritz Carlton - a few times the sign said it was open and then after making the trek up, found out that it was closed.

Only now, with the email to leave the review, I learned that I had vip benefits. there wasn't any communication about vip benefits to me. the checkout time was 10am and when I asked if this can be extended they told me that 10:30 is maximum doesn't feel like vip benefits at all. this comment is purely about vip benefits s. the place I self is amazing.

The hotel and the grounds were nice great location. The room needed a few things to be fixed, the soaking tub did not hold water, bathroom door did not have a working lock, TV and DVD player in the living room did not function so evenings were spent piled up in one of the bedrooms to watch a movie.

We took my daughter up for her 7th bday. It was a beautiful experience she loved every min of it. They had a movie theater in property. Also a skating rink. We went tubing twenty min away. The rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely will be coming back.

We did a family, early visit. It was so beautiful. Staff was amazing, nice and the town was amazing and festive. Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the village. The stores closed early, and the bars were also closed except 2. As adults we looked forward to an evening on the town after a long day of boarding, jus for everything to close down at early hours for a Friday and Saturday. As far as the hotel. It was epic. And very nice, comfortable.
