The location was super convenient. I walked to the market, a few coffee shops, and a small park nearby. The room had a modern feel and was kept really clean. The staff didn’t talk much, but they were helpful when I had questions. It’s not luxury, but it works well for short city stays.

An apartment right in the center, the shopping area is also in there. I find it very convenient, the room is also very clean as described. The owner is very enthusiastic. Hopefully next year I will still have a trip and this is also the place I will stay.

The apartment is located right in the heart of the city, close to places to eat and shop. It is especially convenient to get around. Our room was very clean and fully equipped. The staff was very enthusiastic. They took care of us and asked us a lot about our trip. I don't know how to describe it exactly. In my opinion, this is a great choice when coming to Da Lat.

Peter front desk is very unprofessional.

Property was average. Customer service very poor. Upon check in I asked if I could do a later check out I was told no due to someone else checking in but was told they would hold my bags for me. The day of check out front desk staff Peter was to occupied conversing and smoking with his friends right outside the door even noticing that we were there waiting it took about half an hour for another front desk person to assist us. She called him multiple times but completely ignored her so she had to help us and take the elevator card from us. We walked pass him with all our bags and he did not acknowledge us at all. After several hours he texted me to ask where the elevator card was.. No one ever acknowledged us to say hello or anything during our stay. Poor customer service. Due to this I would never stay here again.
