Far surpassed my expectations.

This hotel was booked as a very last minute choice, and far surpassed my expectations. The hotel was perfect, as was the room, and you couldn’t wish for a better location, right on the seafront with a lovely bay in front of it.

We just love flamingo beach group hotel. its our favourite location in Lanzarote. Long beautiful promanade walks, 5 swimming pools and a beach. Excellent accomodatiin. So clean. Some electrical appliences replaced since we were there last. Beautifully kept gardens and flowers. Ferry to Feurtaventura within walking distance. Food unbelievable in the area. Great choice of restaurants within 20 minute walk. We willbe teturning again soon.

This property was generally clean, safe, quiet. The buildings were old but seemed clean for the most part. There were some kitchen ants and we were on the second floor, so that was a bit annoying, but otherwise fine stay. It is super walkable and the shops are convenient if not a bit expensive.

Early Birds Plan Accordingly

Amazing place and great sea view from our room. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. However, in true Spanish style, most do not open until around 10-11am, early birds like us need to plan accordingly.

Great hotel and perfect location

Check in took a lot longer than expected but quite a few people arrived at once… we loved the apartment had everything you could need even bottle of water in fridge… quite modern and great views of the sea and pool area we were in A10 … there is everything you need rite on your doorstep beautiful beach …resteraunt shops pubs … then lots more a short walk away into the town you can also get the ferry here into fuertavetura and if you walk about 15 mins more you come to the harbour which is beautiful lots to do there to… had a fab time great hotel great location !!

The stay was fine but grupotel charged us more than what was agreed. I had booked the stay through hotels.com for a fixed amount and the hotel chared us ten percent higher. When we reached out to Grupotel, they said talk to Hotels.com, while Hotels.com says you need to talk to grupotel. Now they are saying that the extra charges are forex charges. The currency has not fluctuated and who charges tehn percent as forex charges. Hotels.com rates are not trustworthy.

Nice Apartment Complex

Nice apartment complex. Convenient for the beach and town. Lovely sea view from the upper level apartments and very private. Apartments had everything we needed for a short stay. Clean, tidy and comfortable without being luxurious. Standard of decor was good but probably in need ofca bot of a refresh. Very competitive price. Would definitely use again.

The twin beds would not stay together as a king bed, the telephone in the room didn’t work so there was no way to call the front office, the WiFi was spotty, there is no luggage cart or bell boy and they do not explain the resort and amenities to you. You are left to figure things out on your own.

Very happy with our stay, other than when I asked to upgrade to all inclusive I was told at reception that I had to pay for every day until I left plus nearly 230€ for the New Year’s Eve meal that we didn’t want! We ended up paying for the restaurant as we used it per meal.

structure with excellent value for money. The holiday was very positive and I therefore confirm that it is worthwhile. The only discordant note is the staff in charge of the restaurant, if you do not have the bracelet of 'all inclusive are quite rude and despite having dined (half board) every night, every time the same manager asked me why I did not have the bracelet and to give him the proof that I could dine (special sheet). Instead the waiters were always very polite.
