Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways.

Loved that we were in front of the ocean, and that there was a pool. Check-in was terrible, we came in late and thought we were never going to get access to our condo. We had to drive 15 minutes away to get a code to get in. Ridiculous. After getting access to the suite, lamps and lights did not work, shower head didn't work, rust and dust everywhere, bugs everywhere in the kitchen, and if you had anything to eat they would find you. No kettle. Broken iron. Will not be staying here again!

The outside grounds and pool area are exceptional. It’s a nice quiet family friendly place to stay. The cleanliness of the inside of condo could use more attention and be updated. The beds are very uncomfortable.

Nice view, landscaping, lots of supplies, dishes, very clean, lots of room. Only problem was that it was not clear if the a/c was included, otherwise 25$ per day extra. So we didn’t use it, and were too hot in the evening and nights.

We would expect that the air conditioning would be included in the rental fee and not as an option (this is like asking if you want heating in the Winter time in Canada). Living room and lani furniture were very dated. The interior door handles on both shower doors were missing. Also, both shower stalls had hair from previous occupants. There was mold on the bottom of the shower doors. General maintaining issues with the bathroom. One of the single beds hardware was loose resulting in noise and movement of the bed. We were not pleased to learn that we were required to pay a cleaning fee after the rental. This should have been mentioned upfront. In addition for paying the cleaning fee we were expected to wash our linens and towels ourselves. It would have been nice to have done basic amenities included such us plastic containers for left overs and plastic wrap. Last, the beach umbrellas were rusty.

We really liked the Oceanside pool. It was nice to have the main pool as well when it was busy. The room was spacious and it was nice to have two lanai’s. The location was good by ocean but no beach access on site. Was 5 minute drive to nice beach with great snorkeling. Was awkward having checkin off site with no real customer service on site.

Tagging on to below. This location only took glass liquor, pop and Beer cans and plastic water bottles. Need to recycle paper, cardboard, all plastics with a number, Styrofoam. Then have a "green" bin for organics.

I spent 3 nights & thoroughly enjoyed myself. A quiet complex,clean & a beautiful ocean view. The only negative was the cleaning charge at check out,but that would not deter me from returning.

Clean, good location

Great condo, loved the patios, and that we could open both to have a nice cross breeze. Wonderful to hear the ocean at night! Full appliances, and TV with cable and DVD player added to the home feel. Community BBQ was nice to be able to use, and the pools were a nice touch to take a evening dip in. The decor in our unit could have used updating, but it was clean and homey. Good location to commute into Kona, and south. Would stay here again
