We stayed in the octopus offsite studio. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that there was a kitchen with everything that we needed. It was good value considering the prices in the area.

The unit itself is fine, however if you aren't staying in the cottages then the property was nearly impossible to find. We spent 45min trying to find it as the address they emailed me was completely different than the actual address of the building(not even the same street). I tried to call the "emergency number" as it was 9:30pm and the office was closed, however no one answered.

Very charming cottage. Small, but cozy. Staff was very friendly. Wifi connection was goung on and off and shower head if impressively low. I am 5ft2 and it was too low, even for me. Besides that, it was clean and comfortable. If you need a place to stay at a good price, about an hour away from keywest, this is a good choice. Easy check in. Parking next to your room.

The staff was over the top friendly, making you feel like home. The rooms had plates, cutlery, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Plenty of towels. The outer shower curtain was nice but I didn’t like the inside shower curtain, it needs replacing.There’s water damage on the wall due to past guests taking a shower. Tub is quite old. Breakfast was good and a great value. Tiki bar had cheap drinks.

Great location just off the main highway. Easy access and parking in front of the unit. Very friendly front desk and very helpful. The cottage is small but has everything you need except for me, I did need a hair dryer which was not in the cottage. Would stay here again fo sure. Very clean and well maintained. Cute Key West cottages, instead of standard hotel - much preferred.

Cute little cottages, all painted in a bright color. Grounds are kept clean and manicured. There is a small Tiki bar that was fun, drinks very inexpensive. No pool. Only c/o is that cabins that are adjoined have no insulation, so you can hear your neighbor. Luckily, ours went to bed by 11pm, but I could foresee an issue if you got a bad neighbor. No breakfast, but free coffee at the Tiki bar.

The tropical cottages was a spectacular place to stay. Online check in did not work well and the lady i dealt with when i arrived spoke zero English, although she did get me checked in and showed me to my cottage. The scenery outside the cottage was beautiful, and the cottage itself was inviting and comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay in Cottage 4. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet in the neighborhood of the cottages and the Taco truck had good food. Very nice stay! Thank you!

Not what we expected

Thought we would have an individual cottage but it was actually a duplex with some unexpected noise from the other unit on the other side of the inside door. Also surprised that we had to go outside to use toilet/shower--yes, they were sufficiently private, but it was during some of Florida's coldest winter weather and an indoor bathroom would have been preferable.
