This was a small (typical of Japan) but cozy place. It had everything that we needed (e.g., fridge, ac, oven, microwave, washer) and we enjoyed our 4-nights stay. The weekend price was a bit higher than what I expected and there was no black tea. Otherwise, everything was great.

The smalk kitchen was useful and proximity to the large park with the imperial palade was nice. The room could use a small reading lamp or two behind the bed, there were only large overhead lights. The staff at the receptikn centre were very nice and efficient, but there was no relianle shuttle to the hotel location from the reception office (it was cancelled without explanation on our day). A bit of a walk to the main shopping and main temple area (20 minutes with a child), but nice area and clean hotel.

the location was great for walking around. The apartment was very spacious, accommodating our luggage easily. Even though the beds were 2-doubles pushed together rather than one queen bed, my partner and i found it comfortable and slept very well. The women at the guest center were very kind and helpful.

妻と子供の3人で2回目のリピートです。 前回の価格、清潔、京都御所の裏という立地、近くに安価なコインパーキングあり、と大変満足したので今回も利用させてもらいました。 ただ、今回はエキストラベッドが経年劣化でふにゃふにゃ状態。腰が下に落ちて、良く眠れませんでした。修理か交換が必要です。 そのため今回は星3つだけです。

道路側の部屋だったので、バスやトラックなどの音が窓を閉めていても聞こえてくるので、神経質な人は奥の部屋にしてもらいましょう。 洗濯機もあるし、ミニキッチンもあるのでワンルームワンションのように使えます。 浴室には天井に乾燥機もついているので、夜洗濯しても朝には乾いてます。

It’s a ways away from Kyoto Station so good luck getting too and from with luggage (you can take the karasuma line from Kyoto station and walk about 20 minutes and mostly even sidewalk).

Quite far from train stations. But the property offers pickup and transport of luggage from near Kyoto Station and its free. But you have to do your own transport of luggage back later. Limited eateries and shopping, especially at night. Have to take a bus at nearby busstop to go to areas with more shopping.

京都観光にリーズナブルで便利

京都観光に適した　リーズナブルで便利な宿です．人の多い繁華街から，頻繁に走っているバスで10分ぐらいの便利な場所にある．しかもバス停がすぐ目の前．大通りに面しているが，部屋は良く遮音されており，静か．新しい建物なので，中は清潔できれい．トイレ，風呂も綺麗．キッチネット（小さなキッチン）が付いているのもいい．洗濯機／乾燥機も部屋の中にある．ベッドが固いマットレスなのもよかった．コンビニも少し歩けばある．駐車場は　目の前にあり　便利．欠点は，近くにスーパーがないこと．キッチネットの食器が限られていること．それ以外は，リーズナブルで便利な宿．
