Very good communication from the staff, great location as it’s downtown and in the mix. A bit loud at night as our room was facing king and Bathurst. Other than that it was a great experience. In suite massage and multiple dining/drink options. Would visit again.

All of the staff were very helpful at the hotel and very friendly! Always a greeting when arriving and leaving! Replies from concierge Robin were always prompt and helpful! The doorman was very nice as well. Atmosphere was very relaxing and the bed was extremely comfortable.
