This cabin features charcoal grills, a picnic area and free self-parking. WiFi in public areas is free. All 10 cabins provide conveniences such as fridges and microwaves, plus private gardens and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Guests will also find coffee makers, ceiling fans and hairdryers. Change of towels is available on request

Great stay

Was a great stay! Room was very comfortable. When they tell you a cabin, you know this will be woodsy and cozy! We really enjoyed the river below us and having a bonfire at night was relaxing! Timmy was very communicative and pleasant!

Cozy with a great view!

If you are looking to stay in a cozy place that’s in front of a river, then this is the place you want to book! The cabin was modern, cozy bed, and amazing views. I will be coming back in the summer. I completely recommend this place!

Accommodations were excellent, beautiful settiing, river in the background, nice and close to Sequoia national Park, I loved the barbecue and firepit off the cabin I highly recommend going to Sequoia national Park to stay at Riverfront cabins.

We loved the area and location, it's close enough to the Sequoia NP and there are some food options nearby. Be mindful, you won't find any food if you arrive late (after 8-9pm), so plan accordingly! There is also almost no phone reception, so download all your maps! I believe that google has wrong location for the property, so enter the actual address to get there. The cabins themselves have a great potential, there is a lovely river nearby, the cabins are cozy, but need a few small things to make the stay more comfortable - like newer towels, a bath floor towel, newer linen. The reception person is lovely!

The unit was a little dated, but the staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of room for our family of six. It was 106 degrees during our stay so we really appreciated the AC!!

No technology

The cabins were very cute and checkin was incredibly simple. The TV’s satellite didn’t work, and neither did the “spotty” WiFi. We were able to enjoy a technology free evening playing games as a family, but just be prepared if that would be an issue for you. The clean towels also smelled of cigarette smoke. The gentlemen onsite were kind.

I make my reservation for 10 people. When i get there. They say a was only for 2 so they charge $20 dls per extra person. $160 more when the cabin is for 10 people. Feels like scammed to me.

We rented the family cabin for my family of 6 adults. We had the best time. The property isn’t new or refurbished. The cabin is rustic which gives it a woodsy charm. My family loved it. It’s close to restaurants and Sequoia National Park. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough trash bags and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone for more trash bags and towels other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Property definitely needs some updating and renovation. A lot of trash and construction materials throughout the property. Unit had holes in the walls but overall was an okay stay.

Scammers😡 There was no water to the cabin but they will make sure to charge you $20 per guest and send endless messages about all the reasons they will kick you out without a refund and there’s a sign that says $25 dish washing fee but there’s no water. They say clean up but it’s dusty we had to flip on and off the power switches for the washer to turn on but it doesn’t matter because there’s no water

The location was very nice and the room was decorated in a log cabin style.Unfortunately the toilet was filthy and had unmentionable things on it and around it. I cleaned it as good as possible before using it. There was a lot of dust on the top of the bed frame, the doors were dirty, the window glass and window lock and smoke detector was broken. I didn’t mind the outdated decor, but there is no excuse for the unhygienic condition the room and bathroom was in. At least the bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We still enjoyed our stay there, but the cleaning and maintenance need to drastically be improved.

The closest you can get to the park entrance

Located just 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia Park, around 45 min to the Congress trail and 1h30 from entrance to Kings Canyon. Convenient cabins with full kitchen. Martha was really great and helpful. Great coffee and food places are right next door. I recommend to fill gas before coming as prices are high and download internet stuff before you come as there is no cell phone reception and wifi does not reach well the cabins. Best wifi is outside in the balconies.
