Second time here and won't be the last - a great value place to stay in close proximity to the old city. Well equipped kitchen, pod coffee and water provided daily. Overall great value for money. For light sleepers - fantastic full blackout blinds. Check in convenient and must mention Nabila on reception - who was exceptionally helpful.

My husband, son & I loved staying at the Ramirez Flats. The room was extremely comfortable with many little extras to help make our stay comfortable and easy. The location is great. Conveniently located to a beautiful large green space that is easily walkable to the beach, the Ciudad de las Artes & Ciences, the City Center, or the metro if you’d prefer. The staff were all exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in providing guidance and recommendations. We loved visiting Valencia and when we return, we will be returning to Ramirez Flats.

Fantastic apartments great location lovely staff!

Apartment was really well equipped, clean, modern and fresh. Great arrangement for me and my teenage son and daughter for a two night stay. The most comfortable sofa bed and the the largest that I have ever slept on and two singles for the teenagers, worked really well. Great quality appliances, everything we needed for our stay and so close to the beautiful park, walking distance - for the active - to the Mall, art centre etc in one direction, city centre in another direction and supermarkets near by for the essentials. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
