The staff are all amazing! They are very polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Even the one cooking eggs everyday is very nice. Cleanliness is also very good, they ensure our room is cleaned nicely everyday and all supplies well stocked. For improvement would be the overall maintenance of the rooms and the swimming area. The bathrooms need re-grouting, the a/c vents look gray, and swimming area smells greasy from being right at the back of the kitchen. The hall leading to the pool is too narrow too.

Location is very convenient to go to the malls...breakfast is good although slow in replenishing menu that runs out easily. Washrooms tile needs to be clean out of molds.Staff's were courteous as they were before.

Not accommodating when it comes to sched changes

This hotel is not as accommodating when it comes to schedule changes. I’ve wanted to come in earlier and called the hotel but was told to request my changes request via Expedia.ca. I was a tourist visiting the country n earlier did my reservations via Expedia.ca. I was giving them more business but was instead redirected to an outside service provider n needed to call out overseas just to request the changes. A bit hassle n could be easily resolve but they opted to instead follow their policies instead of making an exemptions in favour of an additional business opportunity n a paying customer. Doubtful To come back to this hotel again in the future.

Very disappointing, everyday had to call for clean towels and toilet paper, no hand towels or facecloth, no elevator. I asked to talk to supervisor because I didn’t understand why I have to call everyday for towels and toilet paper.

The only problem was the traffic in Manila. This is great hotel with really good food! And I normally lose 10 lbs when visiting the Philippines because of the Filipinos insistence on bastardizing every known dish on the planet.

It was a good experience front desk are courteous and very helpful. The security staff are friendly and courteous except the housekeeping staff they have to be trained to be courteous when they meet the guest it's part of the reflection of the hotel.

Decent Hotel but not a great experience

Overall the room comfort and cleanliness were fine and the staff were friendly. The reason for my mediocre rating is that I had a room next to me that was undergoing maintenance, including loud hammering. It started on the second day of my stay. I complained about it on day 3 and the noise stopped until day 5 when it resumed. I complained again and it stopped for a few more days. The 3rd time, I actually asked to check out early as I was fed up with having to complain. They told me I could not because my reservation was guaranteed (prepaid through expedia) however they guaranteed the issue would get resolved. It was quiet for the remainder of my stay and the Manager sent me a cake and written apology. With that in mind, nobody should have to complain for than once, let alone 3 times before they are taken seriously.

When checking in valet parking was immediate, no hassles, room was clean and simple, we took some time to have a light dinner in there restaurant which I would have top rated. I did notice they had buffet which we did not partake but prices were super. Area surrounding was difficult to get around due to the ever so present heavy traffic in Manila but walking was great.
