Great location with lots of amenities

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Enjoyed our stay but found the hotel very busy. Good access to the shopping and casino.

Amazing from the outside, ok from the inside

Amazing exterior, ok interior. Very spacious rooms, but nothing standing out. Feels like a 4 star hotel from the inside. Infinity pool offers a great view, but the overall offering of facilities are in the 'good' range rather than 'great'.

A memory to last a lifetime

I booked my reservation months in advance for two adults in a premiere room, two beds. When we arrive, I have to include two teenage boys to the room reservation. The front desk receptionist was very helpful by suggesting to upgrade us to a 1 king bed with a rollaway sofa and instead of charging 2 children for SG100 each to enjoy two more cards that will allow access to the skypool and other amenities, she charged us only for one and we got a total of four access cards. The room was the most spacious hotel suite I have stayed so far with a panoramic view of the bay and the city equipped with top of the line amenities: all powered window blinds/drapes, fridge and lights switch. Even turning on the TV had a personal greetings with my name on it. It was totally worth every penny. Skypool is beyond amazing. Will go back with my boyfriend in the future.

Breathtaking Design

We had some difficulty when we checked in. There was confusion about our reservation, but they upgraded us to a suite and gave us certificates for the breakfast buffet to compensate us.

Just what we needed

I had a great time at Marina Bay. Convenience to the MRT, shops Restaurant and food court were fantastic. My only complaints are that when we checked in the lady at concierge were going to give me and my lady friend a room on a higher floor then she took it away and gave us a room on the 9th floor. Very disappointing The world class casino does not have a poker room so it is only as good as a casino in Mexico to my standard :( Also the phones were not working that night as they were having difficulties so could not order any room service for our romantic getaway. it was supposed to be a special night :( all in all it was a great hotel and would love an opportunity to stay there again in the future when I return to Asia. I would also recommend friends and family :)

great hotel but very pricey

We stayed at this hotel only one night because that was all we could afford. The hotel complex, amazing. The roof top pool and gardens, amazing. Must see. The room was smaller than normal but still quite nice. The hotel surrounding area is very nice as well but very expensive, even for singaopre standards. We sat at a sidewalk cafe, had burgers and fries, which ended up to be $100. The roof top resturant also had a $35 cover charge per person, just to get in, needless to say we did not go even though it would have been lovely. This hotel is a must see and experience, but if you are like us, stick to the pool and eat and shop closer to city center.

Good but not great

We stayed one night here with our ten month old baby. The hotel lobby was grand but really busy. The room was good in size, and everything was clean but for the price of the hotel, I expected more. The pool on the 57th floor was really nice, but it was also very dirty. Bits of tissue and paper were found in the pool. We had an okay time here but I don't think I would return to this hotel for future stays.

So disapointed!

We should of trusted the bad Tripadvisor reviews. This was the hotel we were the most excited about and sadly it was the biggest let down. First of all, the reservations desk NEVER responded to our Expedia hotel requests or all our emails which we started sending 3 months prior to our arrival So I was not able to arrange for any in room special surprise for my wife or request an upgrade. The hotel is pure Las Vegas flash and way way too crowded, without 5 stars US high end customer service standards or even Asian hospitality standards. Too big, too crowed, no personal attention, nothing complementary or free special amenities to make your stay special. The only thing good is the pool, yes its amazing but again very crowded. You can't reserve cabanas and there are kids running EVERYWHERE, all hours of day. The restaurants across the hotels are very good so you can stay at at better hotels (ex: Raffles, Ritz, etc) and still pay to access the pool for a day and the restaurants or clubs. We travel to 5 stars hotels and resorts worldwide so we expected more from the Marina Bay Sands. This makes us never want to go to any Sands property.

Alles war super schön ausser Frühstück. Nur bis 10 Uhr 30. Ein Personal hat gesagt wir sollten früher aufstehen dass wir früher kommen. Nicht schön. Wir waren um 10 da. Lange warte Zeiten. Ein No Go. Die haben das Zimmer direkt über uns renoviert. Ein absolutes No Go. Sonst super. Für den Prels nicht Wert. Nur die Hälfte ist es Wert.
