スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。丁寧で親しみを感じました。アメニティも充実していましたが、フロントで持ち出し自由のシャンプーなどが用意されていて嬉しかったです。真新しいホテルではないですが、部屋の状態もよく清潔でした。旅疲れの時にスタッフの親切な対応は何よりも癒されます。価格以上でした。

建物外観にお部屋や設備などなど、新しいのもあり非常にきれいな状態で、フロントの爽やかな対応や飲み物のサービス、またアメニティーグッズも充実していて大満足の宿泊でした。 ただひとつ、室内が大変静かだった分気になったのかもしれませんが、就寝中のエアコンの音が少し耳ざわりだったのが残念でした。

とてもいいホテルでした。立地的にも最高です。 朝食も美味しかったですし、アメニティーも非常に良かったです。 ただ枕が一つしかなかったので、二つあれば尚よかったかなと思いました。 でも総合的に見てとても良かったです！

お部屋は新しくとても綺麗で快適です。ロビーにある好きなシャンプーを部屋に持っていって使えるのがとても良かったです。朝食はバイキングでとても美味しかったです。元町駅から近く、便利です。このお値段でこのクオリティなのでまた利用したいです。

事前にメールでアイロンのお願いをしていたのですがチェックイン時に把握していなかったようでした。 直ぐ貸して頂けたのですが、チェックイン後に両手に荷物がある中でアイロンとアイロン台を渡されてちょっと戸惑いました。アイロン台は要らなかったのでアイロンのみお借りしましたが…。 設備は普通に良かったです。
