FrÀscht och stort - men trist bemötande

FrÀscha rum, varma pooler. Stor resort med bra utbud av aktiviteter och roliga grejer för barn. Oengagerad personal i receptionen (Daniel undantagen, han var vÀldigt bra). Otydliga i kommunikationen, kÀndes nÀstan som att de gjorde narr av oss nÀr vi inte förstod. Vi behövde nÄgonstans att bo för en natt innan hemresa och för det ÀndamÄlet Àr vi nöjda med vÄr vistelse.

Non mi era chiaro dalla descrizione, las pitas, Orchidea e un altro del gruppo Grupptel sono la stessa struttura. Las pitas si trova un po' piĂč in alto e puĂČ risultare scomodo per una rampetta di scale, ma si sta veramente bene e si Ăš vicinissimi alla strada dove posteggiare. Il personale Ăš stato gentilissimo, soprattutto una signora delle pulizie che ogni giorno ci salutava e ha anche regalato dei cioccolatini ai miei bambini. Se vi capita l'appartamento con giardino Ăš bello spazioso

Die Bungalowanlage ist Teil einer großen Anlage. Die Bungalows sind ruhig gelegen. Die Poolanlage befindet sich direkt am großen Hotel, hier ist es sehr wuselig. FĂŒr Familien mit Kindern geeignet, fĂŒr uns weniger. Wir haben den Poolbereich nur eine Stunde vor Schluss genutzt, da war es etwas entspannter.

La struttura Ăš molto bella e curata. La camera anche se non pulitissima era comoda e funzionale. L'unica nota negativa Ăš che in fase di check-in erano in 3 persone e nessuno ci ha accompagnato all' appartamento. Abbiamo girato un' ora sotto il sole, trascinando le valigie!

Some bits to improve on

Overall was a very good stay, albeit I must say the beds were very uncomfortable. Two single beds for a couple and with those top up very thing and soft mattress that aren’t really a mattress and are horrible for your back. Bed frames also had breaks that were not working so the frames would also easily move. When we checked in we were told the pool closing time was at 7, however I got in the pool at 17:55 and got told off by the maintenance guy telling me pool closes at 18:00 and it is o my in summer it closes at 19:00. Gran Canaria is a sunny island and I think the pool should always stay open until 7 so that people can take advantage of it.

No me gustó la distancia que habia desde los apartamentos hasta el hotel que era donde estaban las piscinas , espectaculos y demås, ademas tampoco me gustó que todo en el hotel se habkara en inglés cuando alli tambien habian españoles

Las Pitas son apartamentos antiguos, a los que se accede subiendo una gran pendiente. La zona estå llena de cucarachas y los apartamentos también tienen insectos varios, ademås de desperfectos. Los colchones se desplazan del somier mientras duermes, y los apartamentos son muy calurosos. No deberían costar parecido al hotel Orquídea porque las instalaciones no tienen ni punto de comparación, han sido una decepción y no volveré.

6 yötÀ Las Pitaksessa, 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta. Ihana, rauhallinen hotellialue. ViihtyisiÀ huoneistoja jotka siivottiin joka toinen pÀivÀ. Toki eivÀt ihan uusia, mutta remontoituja ja kohtalaisen siistejÀ. Uima-altaat ja hotellin palvelut suhteellisen lÀhellÀ. EivÀt huoneistohotellin yhteydessÀ. Portaita paljon, mutta meitÀ ei ainakaan haitannut. All inclusive tarjonta monipuolista. HedelmiÀ ja kasviksiÀ hyvin tarjolla. Vaihtuvat kattaukset ja teemaillallset toivat vaihtuvuutta ruokiin. SiisteydestÀ pidettiin huolta. Itse hÀiritsi, ettÀ lautaset aika usein likaisia ja joutui valkkaamaan pinosta puhtaan ruokailuun. Muuten siisti hotelli kokonaisuudessaan. Puhtauteen selvÀsti kiinnitetty huomiota. Bussilla pÀÀsi hyvin liikkumaan paikasta toiseen. Tuin matkaoppaat olivat joka pÀivÀ hotellilla opastamassa ja viihdyttÀmÀssÀ lomalaisia. Vietimme oikein mukavan loman perheen kanssa. Suosittelen etenkin lapsiperheille.

It was so hard to check in. So many steps to get to the property. Hard to find parking in street. Property air conditioner was not working fine and was noisy. Property was far from beach and swimming pool. Over all that was waste of money.

Fint opphold, kommer gjerne tilbake

Vi var to voksne og to barn i en leilighet i en uke. Leiligheten var fin med grei standard og godt renhold. Bassengene var enten ved hotellet som er like ved leilighetene, eller i leilighetskomplekset ved siden av. Det er ett hotell og to leilighetskomplekser som deler fasilitetene. Vi mÄtte gÄ ca 5 min til bassengomrÄdet. Det er en del trapper for Ä komme seg opp til noen av leilighetene. Bassengene ved hotellet var fine, og alt fremstod rent og pent. Litt mye stÞy fra musikkanlegget ved bassengomrÄdet, men det var mulig Ä trekke seg litt unna siden det er et stort omrÄde til solstoler. De har mange aktiviteter pÄ hotellet som man kan fÞlge via Blue-appen. Vi hadde ikke All inclusive, men det var bÄde butikker og resturanter pÄ omrÄdet som gjorde det enkelt Ä finne seg noe Ä spise. God mat i resturantene like ved hotellet, ogsÄ i strandbaren nede ved stranden. Hotellet er litt i utkanten av noe lokalt sentrum, sÄ det er greit Ä ha alt man trenger i nÊrheten. Vi hadde leiebil. Kort vei til flyplassen.

Allt var super förutom vÀldigt lyhört pÄ rummet. Vi hade oturen att hamna brevid berusade NorrmÀn som skrev pÄ varandra under natten och kedjerökte pÄ balkongen vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde vara dÀr eller ha dörren öppen. Hade varit grymt med rökfri lÀnga att vÀlja pÄ.

Luxurious and great for families

+ Gatekept and safe + Looks luxurious + Appartment had a lot of space + Close to the beach + Cheap buffet at the hotel + Great for families + Cleaning staff even did the dishes + Paths with no stairs, so it's easy to check-in with luggage + Nice patio with an amazing view of both the ocean and the desert behind - Was hard to find out where to check in, our taxi driver drove us to las pitas and not the hotel - Bahia beach has a lot of smaller stones which makes it tricky to orient, something can be done there I believe
