muy buena la estadia, el servicio y la atencion; recomendaria que hay sectores en la parte media y de atras del hotel, donde las habitaciones tienen mucho olor a humedad y es algo molesto.

Publicidad engañosa y malas condiciones.

Para empezar el hotel tenía desayuno gratis el cual no reconocieron en ningún momento, las instalaciones horribles y ni hablar de las habitaciones, parecen del siglo pasado, jamás les hacen un mantenimiento. El flujo del agua no es suficiente ni para lavarse los dientes, menos mal solo pasamos una noche en este horrible lugar. Parece un motel de mala muerte. No lo recomiendo para nada.

I booked this for my parents, so I cannot rate everything. However, they were very friendly at check-in. I have to say, I speak Spanish, so I don't know what other languages they speak, but I had a personal issue with my payment, and they were very accommodating and personable. The breakfast was a plate with sufficient and good food. The hotel also has a small pool, which is a plus.

Horrible, viejo, sucio y parecía un conventillo... gente gritando en todos lados, zona de habitaciones con gente con parlantes con la música a todo lo que da...nadie les decía nada... la habitación no tenía ventana, el aire es central por lo que no podes regularlo y a la noche literalmente tuve que dormir con buzo, la cama tenía pulgas, estoy toda brotada y la mugre que había en la habitación y en el baño era de no creer...en el desayuno no tenían té, no levantaban las mesas por lo que después de 30 min de cola literal para que te den el desayuno tenias que desayunar entre la mugre que habían dejado otros huéspedes... por menos Plata nos hospedamos en lugares más decentes en boca grande. No recomiendo.

Soap was in the bathroom for the first day only. No bleach or Pine-Sol was used to clean the room. No hot water. No refrigerator.No clothes hangers and no closet to hang clothes in. The room was very small equivalent to a college small dormitory. Only one electric outlet worked, the other one did not function. No black-out window shade. I was told breakfast was NOT included even though the Expedia website said that breakfast is included. No electric elevator. No telephone in phone to call reception. VERY overpriced for the nothing that was received! A wretched experience overall!.

Muy decepcionada

Las áreas comunes del hotel están bien, aunque hay cosas en muy mal estado como la piscina, la habitación que me asignaron estaba totalmente descuidada, las camas en muy mal estado. El aseo del lugar no es el mejor y mucho menos la atención por parte del personal, ya que les cuesta hasta dar un saludo. Aparte de eso hubo inconvenientes con los servicios contratados y que ellos debían prestar, como el desayuno.

Hotel en PESIMAS CONDICIONES

Un Hotel que por fuera parece en Buenas condiciones ,pero por dentro es Horrible. En la Aplicación dice que en el pago están incluidos todos los impuestos y cuando llegamos nos cobrar un 19% de lo que ha habíamos Pagado. Cuando entramos a la habitación , era muy fea, nada parecido a las pocas fotos, un olor a humedad tenaz, las Paredes muy sucias y viejas, el aire acondicionado era como automático (de los viejos), para disminuir el frío tocaba ponerle una toalla encima , el televisor era una Cajita vieja colgado en el techo y por último la habitación da a un vacío donde es la zona de comidas y se escucha todo lo que Habla la Gente. Es muy feo este Hotel y la Atención del personal no es la mejor. aparte en la aplicación decia que el precio incluía el Desayuno y allá no nos dieron nada, su solución fue que pudiéramos la Queja en la Aplicación . Que lástima haber pagado con Anticipación, porque de saber que era así no hubiera dado un Solo peso por ese sitio.

El peor recepcionista antipático y grosero

El día 28 enero de 2019 llegamos alas 5 pm y un recepcionista trigueño gordito joven super gosero nos atendió muy mal ni nos miraba a la cara para contestar lo que le preguntábamos, pedimos una toalla para ducharnos nunca llego y el aire en pésimas condiciones. No lo recomiendo por favor no gasten en este sitio. Es la peor experiencia con diferencia que hemos tenido.

Good Location Cleanliness needs improvement

Advertised animals stay free but when arrived said prohibited. Manager made an exception since Hotels,com site said animals accepted but bellman who brought up my bag actually scolded me for having my 7 pound jack russell and told me to keep her off the bed. For both days of my stay he was rude with me ove this.

Horrible aseo, poca privacidad, mucho ruido.

Desde las seis de la mañana comenzaron a trabajar martillando unas camas, tiene un taller de reparación y carpintería en el primer piso y comienzan a trabajar muy temprano, los trabajadores se gritan entre ellos en los pasillos sin importar la comodidad de los huéspedes.. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, especialmente en el baño, residuos de jabones anteriores por todas partes. NO RECOMENDADO!
