Pros: location, close to the castle, old town, large apartment. Cons: not a typical hotel, no reception, didn’t get good communication about check in prior, very warm and no a/c or fans, towels very old and worn out.

Liked it. The only problem is that the living room are was in south so it became hot during the day and was hard to cool down because of only regular fans.

No good first impression

The apartment was as in the pictures, clean and with the standard as described.At the entrance and in the elevator and stairway it was really dirty. No good first impression! We arrived at a warm summer day and the apartment was really warm, there were no aircondition, just fans. If I would go back to Krakow I would probably book something else.

Stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Krakow. Very peaceful and well located for the race. A great location overall, easy for airport, old town/jewish quarter and busses out of town. Right by the glorious river if you want to get some runs in. Good communication and cleanliness. Only downside was a lack of water pressure in the shower

Really nice apartments set close to the Castle & Jewish quarters - great for restarants and bistro's. Accomodation really clean and tidy. Would certainly book again 5*

We stayed at this property in July 25 for 3 nights. The property is not as its advertised. Its very run down. Stained carpets, stained bed mattresses, broken chair, broken dishwasher, wires sticking out of the wall. Property was noisy due to other suites being renovated during our stay. The outside of the property is in such poor state it gives an appliance of the property being abandoned. We checked out on Sunday and had trouble leaving the property due to "reception" being closed down. No information was provided how to check out and we had to call the owner of the property for instructions. The property is overpriced, dirty and I would highly recommend staying somewhere else in Krakow as the city has plenty better accommodation to choose from. Don't let them take advantage of you.

Great location and big apartment, but poorly communication with nonexistent reception, towels that smelled moldy and a building under construction. So bring your own towel and remember to ask for the code for the front door before leaving the building, then everything is fine

Excellent location, amazing apartment

Amazing place. Apartment is really big and has everything you will need. Location is good, close to river and castle with public transportation around the corner. Neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and bars

Goed ontvangst en service. Het is allemaal wat ouder maar wel netjes. Wordt tussentijds niet schoon gemaakt of handdoeken vervangen. Ze nemen contact met je op voor je verblijf via app en regelen transfer. Niet perse nodig omdat Uber en waarschijnlijk taxi ongeveer 3x zo goedkoop is maar het was wel fijn dat we het zelf niet hoefde te zoeken want de ingang is niet heel herkenbaar.

Excelente! cómodo y buena ubicación

El piso increíble, muy limpio y cómodo, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario (café, aceite, sal, azúcar, refrigerador, sartenes, microondas, cafetera y hervidor de agua). Las camas muy cómodas y la calefacción funcionaba muy bien En el baño tienen una lavadora de ropa y tendedero que nos vino genial para estar 5 días en Cracovia A 5 minutos andando del castillo de Wawel, muy buena ubicación La gente de recepción muy muy amable! :D

Id give 4 star 🌟

It was a bit daunting at first as you walk in as they must be doin decorating there but the apartment was nice and clean and very warm ,the staff was nice i also had message day before asking if they like to do anything for us so they ordered us transport from the airport and back again. Cant Fault them . The bar was nice too so was the roof top. The restaurant wasnt open only for big Venues i got told when we arrived so was gutted about that, it wasnt what we expected there as the pictures shows the castle etc but we thought it was the place we were staying in ,lol. But apart from that we was comfortable there after the first night and the beds was comfortable as well, fir tye price we paid id definitely stay again.

La nostra camera era molto bella e spaziosa tutto nuovo, a piedi con 10/15 minuti di raggiunge il centro storico ma volendo ci sono molti tram proprio di fianco alla struttura. Non ho dato 5 stelle per 2 motivi: 1) una sera abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda, che si è risolto la mattina successiva 2) i letti, almeno quelli nella camera, erano troppo morbidi. Per il resto tutto molto bene eraonale gentile e attento. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

This is a little hidden gem in the heart of Krakow. Entrance hall can be a little off putting as you can see in to the Kosher restaurant and I believe work is being carried out to improve this. However, location wise, this is perfect, right near Wawel castle and walking distance to main square. Pawel was friendly and helpful. Apartment slept 4- single beds, apartment was warm, clean and tidy. Thank you Will defo be back.
