View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples.

The property is in the old building but completely renovated. The office/reception is a bit sketchy but staff very polite and helpful. Apartment was spacious, clean, close to good restaurants and coffee shops.

Property did not seem like a VIP hotel. No mentioned amenity provided. Shower head was broken. Cleaning agent was strong smelling - has to open the windows to air it out. The walk from train station to hotel is very bumpy and not a great walk. I would not stay here again.

Easy access from the train station. The managers were incredibly useful in getting us organized for our stay as well as to give us a long list of things to visit and places to eat in Napoli. I would recommend this place without reserve.

Perfect place to stay in Naples!! So close to so many amazing areas in Naples. Pizza, shopping and so many wonderful sights are within walking distance. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay very special. The hotel room was very modern, spacious and had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back to Naples. 5 stars all around!!!

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was huge and our room had a nice view of Vesuvius and the city. By far, the staff were the best part of our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and get settled in, accommodated our needs, which included a crib, and a very late checkin with not a lot of notice due to flight delays. They were always very quick to respond to our messages. They were so kind to us and friendly, very chill vibe like they know you forever like old friends, and super helpful arranging a taxi to the amalfi coast at the last minute. As well as holding our luggage after checkout and giving restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Close to the Central Napoli train station and two steps away from Historic Naples -including Naples Cathedral (spectacular building). The welcoming to the property by Davide was excellent. He speaks fluent English and was very informative about what to do and where to go around the area. The apartment was clean, very spacious and everything is new. The spa shower has a built in radio and Led lighting inside. I would stay at this property when visiting Naples again.

Good location. 10 minutes walk to metro station. Short walk to Via Tribunali for pizza, dining etc. There is no lobby, it is a building with next door office. Check in was easy, they contacted us before & we let them know what time we are expecting to be there. Going into the building is a process but it seems it is the same in the surrounding area. It is just hard for older people manuevering through the small door. We felt safe in the area. We were out till midnight every night. Appartment is in good condition but shower is terrible. It is one of those ready boxed showers. It is very hard to get in as one side of the door is blocked with the wall. It is very narrow too. Impossible with kids or normal size person. I am skinny & it is still was uncomfortable. Oultets does not work if the key is not in the room. You can't charge anything if you are not in the room. Comfortable bed in the bedroom but terrible sofa bed in the kitchen. Felt like you are sleeping without matress & very squicky. Overall it is overpriced. Not worth what we paid.
