The arrival was a comedy of errors. The keys were not in the box. When we got keys, they were the wrong ones. When the maintenance man came to help, we opened the door on an occupied unit - they had left the wrong keys. Finally, a new room and the right keys, the a/c did not work. The room was below ground. The street above is completely blocked as it is being torn up for a light rail project. Once the rail starts, I would bet the underground rooms will be very noisy.

Nice place location is excelent

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and modern the place was. Only thing we had to clarify was that we booked the room for 4 people but when we paid it on line it finalized as if for two people. It indicated that roll away beds were available with extra charge. Therefore we had to call back hotel.com and clarify this hidden charge ahead of our trip and therefore we did not get charged for it.

Great place to book!!!

I wasn't sure to trust the reviews but we ended booking here anyways. We were pleasantly surprised this place was great! There's a grocery store, money exchange place, bakery, and banks right across the street. Everything is in walking distance and the buss & taxis pass by at all times. Staff was very helpful and we felt safe the entire time. Shlomi gave us his business card to call if we needed anything. He worked with us the entire time since we needed to book extra nights. Thank you very much Shlomi, we enjoyed our stay! :)

Minutes from the best of the sea

Modern apartment ideal for a traveller who likes to cook some meals (there's a 24-hour-a-day supermarket across the street) and dine out for others. In a neighbourhood of shops and restaurants you can find anything you want and five minutes walk and you are at the sea and the incredibly wonderful Promenade that provides white beaches, surfing and free exercise equipment.

Amazing value

I can't say enough positive things about Sea Land. Very highly recommended by us! Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc... Rooms are very well laid-out with all amenities and extremely clean. Will definitely stay at Sea Land again without hesitation.

GREAT VALUE!! - Very pleasantly Surprised

I booked this hotel for my kids and myself based on the reviews that I had seen online. When we arrived, we had a bit of a hard time finding it. The Hotel is actually a set of apartments in the basement of a building on a very busy city street. At firt view from the outside, we got a little scared because it is simply a door that leads to these basement apartments. Once inside however, we were very pleasantly surprised. Very spacious, Very clean, clean and new furniture. Floors ar clean tiles and the whole place is generally very nice. We had a small issue when we first arrived. I immediately called the owners and they were very helpful and friendly. They are one block from the beach and within a 5 minute walk of Dizengoff action. Supermarket is right accross the street. Overall- probably the best value of any hotel we stayed in Israel - would absolutley stay here again...

The manager was the worst,she was very rude very old towels,no washer and dryer’s,No breakfast as they said,They charged us one more day went we gat there,They send us to Dizengoff Garden Hotel it was a nightmare very duty out side too ,human pu on the entrance my husband step on it very poor service 😪the worst service
