Not what the photos show.

The building is in poor shape. Very noisy, there is a lot of construction and airplanes constantly fly over. The apartment itself was clean but the shower did not function well (taps very loose). Kitchen cabinets as well need to be replaced, no stopper in kitchen sink or bathroom.

I really liked place place. It is a 10-minute drive to the beach in Miami Beach and is close to the FTX Arena and Wynwood. The place was clean and the communication and checking was also easy.

This property is in a nice and convenient location. Wynwood, downtown and other major areas in Miami area really close that ridesharing app cost are reasonable to go anywhere and the area is walkable felt safe at night. Publix is a 1p minute walk and a local corner store with essentials right at end of street.
