The furnitures are new. Location is more than perfect, waking distance to daily groceries, shopping, dine out, which save money on gas and parking. Definitely recommend!

Great location, fairly quiet and lots of space. Furnishings are a bit outdated which is reflected in the lower price. Kitchen was decently equipped. The only negative was that the bathrooms were not that clean with hair from previous occupants on the floor.

This property was a in a great location - close to the village and lots of shops, services and activities. Good setup for our family of 4 (parents and 2 teens). Pool and hot tub were good size, but too many trees surrounding the pool area meant a lot of leaf litter made it into the water, especially by late in the day. Removal of a few trees would also allow the pool to have more sun on it in the afternoon.

The only thing I was not happy with is the parking garage door that lead up the stairs to my unit was always propped open with a rock and anyone had access to my vehicle and possible break in

Great spot in the village

I have stayed at many places in Whistler and this is the best one I have stayed at. Very spacious place, 2 floors with bedrooms upstairs and a cheat ensuite off the master which had a king sized bed and tv. The bed was really comfortable, pillows were good. I know that sounds like a given but it is not the case, so many places have old beds and absurd pillows. Second room had a queen (i think) bottom bed with a single above as a bunk, also comfortable. Bathroom downstairs has laundry in an understairs room. Kitchen was decent size and had pots/pans etc. No oil or condiments but that is pretty standard. Living room has pull out couch, we didn't use so can't comment on if it is comfortable. Nice TV in there as well. Real sized kitchen table that seats 6 actual people, also rare in Whistler. Wifi name/password was not showing up so I contacted Northstar and they responded with the correct info immediately. Only 1 coffee and we were there 2 nights so that was not ideal, i could have contacted for more but didn't want to deal with that. Pool and hot tub are nice, you have to go to the pool building and it is kind of a free for all so if you are more conservative with Covid then might not be the place to be, the hot tub gets very crowded. Parking was really convenient, rhere is a staicase right under the unit that takes you straight to your spot. The Marketplace with grocery and other fast food and booze is right across the street so that is also convenient. Great spot!

Our bathingsuits were bleached in the hot tub due to the very high levels of chlorine in the water. I lodged a complaint and nobody is taking responsibility or phoning us back to rectify the pro blem. Quite disapointing.

Great condo, super stay

Had an issue with initial check-in as cleaning wasn't completed, but the customer service desk resolved it right away for us and got us into another unit. Very clean, comfortable and overall great stay! Great location in the village.

Nice size unit, well furnished, ideally located at village edge (walking distance to everywhere). Perfect for a family. Balcony with BBQ are great. Furniture and carpets are a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. Decently priced. Would come back.

Amazing location - the village/shops and grocery store is right across the street. The hill is a 10 min walk. The units were clean, quite and well kept. The grounds and pool area was immaculate. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The decor was a bit outdated, but who cares when you have so much to do outdoors! I will stay here again!
