First time staying at a Kasa property. Their communication about checkin, parking and checkout is excellent. The location to downtown Denver and all the sporting venues is excellent. The one bedroom unit was great and the pool area was a bonus. Will return to stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable. Lots of space, clean, bright and has everything you would need. It is great to have a full kitchen and balcony. Lots of good, healthy food options nearby. Check in was difficult. The confirmation codes need to be easier to understand. We struggled with checkin and saw many others have issues with the contactless checkin.

Clean, nice location, quiet area but close enough to downtown Denver. I recommend this place. Good clientele service, even though the formula is different from hotels. The rooms are huge and welcoming.

This place is a keeper.

The check-in process seems weird and confusing at first, but once we got through that, the rest of the trip was perfect. Great view from our balcony, comfortable bed, full kitchen, and as a bonus, there was a machine that ground beans and brewed fresh cups of Starbucks coffee for us right outside our door!
