Was a little awkward getting into the parking garage. Very tight spaces and we had to get out of the car to scan our pass to get the door to open. But that was not big deal, our stay was wonderful. Would definitely visit a Kasa property again

The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. I was however very disappointed in the fact that I specifically reserved a room with a balcony and the room I got did not have one. I was very disappointed in that because I spent a lot of money for that room just for that. Other than that it was very cleane and quiet.

The check in process…. First, I consider myself to be good with technology and following directions. From the time we parked in temporary parking to the time we made it to the room with our bags was 45 minutes. Also, $100 in fees for the night was pretty high considering we also had to pay to park.
