Place was beautiful and right next to the lake. Managers on site to answer any questions. Pool was perfect and had a great hot tub. Perfect for families. Easy access to the highway and road to Mount Cook. Would stay here again.

The location was nice - easy walk to sites, lake and grocery store. Would have liked more kitchen utensils. The common bbq was nice and clean. Booked the bbq through the office and this worked out fine.

Good value condo

Nicely furnished and in a great location. Friendly and helpful reception. Kitchen was sparsely supplied, without a single frying pan or adequate sized pots. This was corrected promptly when brought to the management attention. We we very pleased with our accommodation.

It's like a model house with high standard décor.

We were in a hurry to check in as it was said that check in time closed at around 5:30 pm. Luckily all the units for Mantra are so visible soon we arrived the area. It is a good location to access the lake. There is laundry facilities so it looked like we returned home and felt relax.

チェックイン時刻が遅くなる事を伝えたくて、何度も電話やメールをしても返信がなかった キーの受け取り方が判らず、途方に暮れていたら、日本人の家族で自分たちも困って、キーボックスのナンバーを他の空いているキーボックスから予想して試したら名前の書いた書類とキーが入っていたと教えて頂き、やって見たら見つかった。 彼の方が居られなかったら、次の日まで入れずどうなったかと思うと恐ろしい 洗濯機は、しっかり固定されておらず使っている間に騒音と共に移動した。 次の日も連絡したら位置は元に戻っていたが、又同じ様に移動するので押さえて使った 部屋は幹線道路側で一晩中トラックの通る音がした

This is a great option for larger families and this is our second time staying here. I've taken one star off for not having air conditioning as the upstairs gets very hot. Unfortunately they don't have AC to keep the bedrooms cool. The Doors and windows don't have any fly screens so you can't leave them open as you'd be swamped by bugs and mosquitos if you leave the doors and windows open to cool the place down. They need to install AC in all bedrooms rooms and living rooms and or put screens on doors and windows.

It is a nice spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the town center with shops, restaurants and supermarket. Unfortunately, the management didn't clean the apartment thoroughly because there was still strong odor (food smell / cooking from previous occupants). Also there was no paper towels or dish / cleaning cloths in the kitchen. Good thing was that the bedrooms upstairs were not impacted by the odor.

Amazing place to stay in

Very very nice double-storey house to stay in. Exceeds my expectation as the place is so nicely furnished and comfortable. We had a unit with living, dining, kitchen, two toilets, two bedrooms and a garage. Really amazing to stay in here. Wifi is strong and I can' ask for more.

テカポ湖の有名観光スポット、羊飼いの教会の徒歩圏内です。観光スポットには飲食店やスーパーがあり、観光客が途絶える事が無い賑やかさです。そこからは少し距離があるので、観光地の喧噪から離れて、静かでゆったりした滞在ができました。 寝室から見られる夜空は最高に綺麗です。 コンドミニアムのキッチンは広く、リビングはゆったり、浴室のバスタブは湯量たっぷりで疲れを癒やせます。 電灯のボタン位置が少々見つけにくいです。 Wi-Fi機械の接続も接触が悪くコンセントがしっかりつながっているか確認を。 洗濯機、乾燥機はありますが、使用できないような状態でした。

Unable to check in on time because of lack of staff to clean rooms. The apartment has steep steps inside which are not good for kid, elderly & even all ages. The steps are slippery. A review of the kitchen utensils is needed especially the chopping boards. The bathroom sink was disguising. The overflow drain was disguising & looks like it has never been cleaned. The apartment itself was lovely when you walked in & a very quiet location.

Not many options in Lake Tekapo. This is a good one Heating was a little wonky but the gas fireplace was great. Used the hottub and that was great after a day of hiking. Easy walk to town.
