Overall, the property is ok. One of the few ones with a gym. Things to improve: 1. More healthy food options 2. Stains on the bed sheets 3. At checkout the receptionist didn’t even say “Thank you”

Hotel 4 étoiles situé au sud ouest de l'île à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la Playa de Son Xoriguer. Nous sommes venus mi octobre, peu de temps avant la fin de la saison et la fermeture de l'hôtel. C'était calme et reposant. L'hôtel dispose d'une grande et belle piscine autour de laquelle sont disposés de nombreux transats. Côté chambre, nous avions opté pour une suite junior dans laquelle il y a un petit coin salon avec un canapé; idéal pour bouquiner. Dans le côté chambre de la suite, la literie est de grande taille (2 lits simples mis cote à cote) et de bonne qualité. Étant en demi-pension, nous avions un buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et également pour le dîner. Le choix est varié, de quoi satisfaire les envies du moment même si la qualité reste malgré tout moyenne. Le personnel est sympathique, avenant et toujours prompt à vous renseigner ou vous conseiller. Un bel établissement dans lequel nous reviendrons probablement (hors saison).

Personal 🔝, estado d las instalaciones, mejorable

Personal agradable en general, buenas zonas comunes pero mantenimiento mejorable, la habitación también bastante mejorable, desperfectos en el mobiliario, falta de limpieza en el baño. Por contra, la zona de baño está muy bien, con diversas zonas incluido jacuzzi, servicio de bar junto a la piscina principal y amplia zona de tumbonas. Comida bastante buena y con variedad, servicio tanto en el interior como en la terraza, ésta muy agradable para desayunos y cenas.

Die Junior Suite war gross, das Badezimmer sauber. Gute Klimaanlage. Frühstück war gut und man konnte auch draussen sitzen (dort hatte es allerdings nicht viele Tische). Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Der Pool und die Anlage waren sehr schön. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Hotel agreable pour passer quelques jours de vacances, propreté , piscine et personnel au top . Le bémol sera la literie avec des alèses en plastique fort désagreable vu les températures , le matelas pas mieux et la "cantine" si vous prenez la pension complète , on est loin d'un restaurant ...

La cama (colchón) y las almohadas son especialmente incómodas. Las cortinas no tapan la luz y hace difícil dormir. Hay demasiado ruido que viene de los pasillos. El lavabo es interior y no dispone de ningún tipo de ventilación. El minibar no enfría NADA (según en recepción eso es normal...cosa que me sorprende). El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. El desayuno está bien, hay variedad de comida y buena. Disponen de servicio de ducha para cuando haces el check out. Personal amable.

Propreté laisse a desirer

Nettoyage a la va vite et pas digne d'un 4* ... cheveux des occupants precedents, sable, papier dans la salle de bains. Nous avons du nous plaindre deux fois avant que le nettoyage devienne a peu pres acceptable... la reception nous a laissé une bouteille de mousseux pour s'excuser ce que nous avons apprecié mais on reste sur un gout amer quand meme, a 130 eur la nuit... D'autant que la deco accuse les années et la chambre sentait un peu le renfermé. Coté positif le petit dejeuner et la piscine, tres bien. L'hotel etait calme.
