This place was really great! The communication was fast and friendly, and the service was excellent. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Lovely location. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Tarragona.

Wonderful apartment with just about everything needed in it, especially if one decides to stay for a few days. The premises and building are beautiful and extremely safe. The continental breakfast and the room it is servedin, absolute gorgeous. Highly recommended.

This was such an awesome apartment in a great location. Very quiet despite being near the train tracks. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Would recommend to anyone going through Tarragona.

A two night stay. A very comfortable bed. The property is on the flat below the historic town, but is about 4 blocks away from an escalator/elevator that brings one up to the top level. Easy parking. Enough kitchen that you could cook for yourself if you wanted. A couple of dining options close, but easy to get to the old town.

Loved the apartment. Modern, clean, comfortable with excellent location- a definite winner! Initial check in was rough. The young man with first initial ‘R’ who checked us in seemed overwhelmed and was impatient and not very helpful. The other staff member who came on a later day was very helpful and nice.

Great spot for sightseeing

Great spot for sightseeing. Check-in was a bit confusing but we managed to get there before 4pm so saw someone in person. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. Despite being close to train tracks the soundproofing is great so you dont even notice. Would definitely book again.

Stayed here for about a week with my husband and daughter (4 year old). The room is spacious, decent and has everything you need but honestly, it needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. Especially by the bed frame all around, and the washroom. The shower drainage needs to be checked as every time we used it the water overflows outside the shower area. The shower has no doors, so every time you use the shower the water goes all over, making it wet and dangerous inside the washroom. I can see why there is mold built up all inside the washroom. There is a lot of shops and a market - within walking distance from the hotel. The beach is also very close by. My daughter really enjoyed the park right across the street and appreciated all the great local eats in this town.

Located very close to the train station and beach. A very well maintained, property with large, modern apartments. Everything worked great, modern kitchens with dishwasher, convection oven and Nespresso coffeemaker. Only concern was housekeeping: stayed for two weeks and only had one day of cleaning. I keep a clean home so not too much of an issue, swapped towels at the front desk and bought my own soap.

Cuestiones a mejorar

Somos repetidores y nos gusta mucho este sitio, tanto por la localización como por sus instalaciones. Esta vez, pero, no nos pudimos instalar tan fácilmente como la primera vez que estuvimos. Esta vez la calefacción estaba en modo aire acondicionado y tuve que bajar a recepción a comentarlo ya que no lo pudimos arreglar nosotros mismos. Por suerte ya les había pasado ese día con otra habitación y no había necesidad de que subieran; lo pudieron arreglar desde recepción. Tuvimos también problemitas técnicos con la TV, probablemente el huésped anterior fuese alemán y a nuestra llegada solo había canales alemanes. Habría tocado algo sin querer y no se revisó. Tuvo que subir el chico de recepción a mirarlo. Me gustaría que no solo se revisase la limpieza de la habitación, sino también los temas técnicos y de mantenimiento, ya que la pica del baño estaba embozada. Pero eso ya lo comentamos a la hora de la salida ya que eso ya no nos importó tanto al estar una sola noche.

Ascenseur en panne / communication horrible

La communication avec la réception était horrible, le monsieur sec, pressé de raccrocher, on a du l'appeler 3 fois car à chaque fois il nous manquait des informations, le parking il faut le réserver avant 17h car sinon il n'y a plus personne pour vous ouvrir. La propreté est limite, à première vue on dirait que c'est propre mais en y regardant de plus près on trouve des cheveux d'anciens clients, les draps pas très propre non plus, l'évier de la salle de bain bouché.... L'ascenseur était en panne, on avait une chambre au 3eme étage avec 2 valises et un bébé .... Je ne recommande pas
