We had a nice stay at this hotel! It was modern, clean, and very accessible to the trains. I gave it a 4 stars because one night we didn’t have hot water when we bathe.

The front desk attendants were all very welcoming and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. The shower had hot water and the room was clean. We loved the quiet location! It’s in walking distance to the train station and subway and trams.

The room was lovely and very spacious. As a solo female traveller the area felt safe although its not a busy tourist or residential place. It is very close to the main station so its easy to get around. Also close to local supermarkets. The laundry services were also handy and easy to use on the app but make sure you check your drying settings before you hit start.

The hotel it was located in a perfect spot , 3 min walk to train station. Clean and modern Decoration. If was so quiet. And the good thing was they have laundry as well.

Great location, easy walk from Wien Hbf. Studio apartment was clean and amenities were great! A kettle was provided but no tea/coffee. There is a Hofer/Aldi store 2min walk.

It was generally what you’d expect from a hotel close to office places. It was complete with basic amenities and the bed is pretty comfortable. Two things that sort of bothered us were the temperature in the room (which can be too warm) even though the air conditioning was already turned on and the toilet smelled a bit like sewer.

Studio apartment was roomy, clean, quiet, with all amenities functional. Washer/dryer available for a fee in the U-floor. Gym mostly for cardio. Very helpful staff. Steps away from Hbf and Metro, with many food booths. Some restaurants and a supermarket near by.

This was our first serviced apartment rental. It was clean and spacious and the helpful lady at check in came up personally to help ready our room for three persons as housekeeping made an oversight. She even left us extra towels. It was nice to have a full size fridge and dining table to eat our meals at. It even had laundry facilities but was tricky to use because you had to initiate service online only but the wifi cut out in the basement where the laundry room was. We figured it out in the end. I would highly recommend this place, walking distance from the train station.

The apartment was very clean it had excellent facilities such as hob, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment was very warm with easy to control air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a large walk in shower. Highly recommended and would stay again. Also easy tram links to anywhere in the city made exploring very easy

Terrible

Broken and worn rooms, even the lock fell off which can be a danger to safety. They don’t clean the rooms at all during your stay. Feels like an immigrant center. Non-European staff asking my girlfriend if she was “Ukrainian” in an inappropriate manner. A very bad place.

Very close to the central train station and the eating options there (life saver since we arrived during the Christmas holidays when all shops were closed). Room was nice and clean but the pillows were awful. As in they literally inflate like a balloon when you lie in them then slowly deflate until you are left with very thin pillows. Check in took half hour (admittedly time of year) but they still hand write some things despite having computers. Not sure what’s happening there but it did delay the queue that had formed. Otherwise okay, was expecting more for what we paid but I don’t know if this was a seasonal thing again. Would I stay there again? Yes due to the central location and would just ask for better pillows.
