Fun spot close to the Rock

Funky accommodations with terrific view of the Rock. Great adjoining restaurant that delivers to the boathouse so you can enjoy your meal on the patio. Highly recommend for a different experience.

Woderful experience

This boat Haus is way above expectations. What a view, what an host. Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend to stay at least 2 nights to fully experience the beaches, the rock, the dolfins, etc.

The property was unique and in a great location. We walked to Gibraltar twice and also enjoyed the excellent cafes in La Linea so we got the best of both worlds! Our house boat was the smallest so it was very compact, but it was comfortable for the 2 of us. Storage was thoughtfully appointed, plus the rooftop seating area was comfortable with an awesome view! We arrived by bus with the stop a short walk away, but I know parking was offered if needed. The host was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. The sweet cat who lives in the area and visited us was an added bonus!

Outstanding place to stay and walk into Gibraltar. Come back to the boat and relax with the calmness of the marina, beautiful view of the Rock. Amenities are excellent on the boat. A real treat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boathaus! We would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It's an experience as well as lodging. Communication prior to check-in was great, accessed through WhatsApp and email. Check-in instructions and codes were easy. We had selected a superior houseboat and chose to have a breakfast basket delivered the second day. We should've had it the first and it was so generous it lasted a few meals. The hostess was helpful and friendly. Instructions on the use of the boat features are helpfully located inside. Free parking right at the entrance to the dock. Secure entrance. Incredible views of the Rock of Gibraltar. Easy to walk from Spain to the UK directly from the location. If you're an adventurous traveller, have experience staying in close quarters (we have a travel trailer and found it similar inside) and want to experience the charm, book here and enjoy!

Divertente e funzionale. Un modo diverso di alloggiare per chi vuole visitare Gibilterra. La struttura è a 500 m dal confine e offre parcheggio gratuito. Sistemazione spartana e i letti non sono pronti (anche se ho fatto prenotazione last minute) ottima comunicazione. Cara la colazione che non abbiamo fatto

Härligt båtboende med utsikt.

Mycket trevligt boende med självhushåll, där inget saknas. Tillgång till frukost och mat (takeaway) finns på bryggan. Rent och fräscht. Enkel incheckning och bra information innan ankomst. Toppenläge med utsikt mot Gibraltarklippan. Tyvärr tillät inte vädret något solande på takterrassen, men vi satt och njöt i lä på akterdäck.

Wirklich ein Muss für Reisende die etwas Neues Erleben möchten. Wir haben sehr früh eingecheckt und den Aufenthalt dort genossen. Am nächsten Tag kann ich ein Besuch in Gibraltar empfehlen.

Fantastiskt mysigt.

Fantastisk boende på gångavstånd till Gibraltar. Mycket mysigt och charmigt boende i husbåt med alla bekvämligheter. Underbart soldäck på taket. Mycket trevlig personal och lånecyklar ifall man vill cykla in i Gibraltar (10 minuter med cykel) Trevlig pub med frukost och mat på en äldre ombyggd fiskebåt. Mycket sköna sängar Vi kommer tillbaka.....och rekommenderar varmt detta stället

Unique stay

Trying to think about negatives. That's not so easy! I guess I have been in more comfortable beds. But due to the shape & size of the boat, there isn't much that can be done about that. Plus side. Great communication before arrival. And always on hand when needed. Well equipped throughout the kitchen area. Chilled drinking water a big bonus. Free shampoo & shower gel. Two tv's if you need them. Rooftop area great with sunbeds. But the greatest thing we appreciated at the time of arrival. Barbara came to meet us at the dock and allowed us to check in about 3 hours early. Much welcome after a long journey. Must mention Demian at the bar 1972 at the end of the jetty. Lovely guy who will provide you with quality food and drinks for most of the day. All done with a smile :-)
