Good times...

Staff knocked on our door at 6:30 in the morning waking us up. When we answered, the person behind the door said “the door is open, sorry” and left. It wasn’t open. During our checkout a cockroach ran across the desk in the lobby which I had the pleasure of accidentally killing by placing my room keys on it. Good times...

Very cute, quaint property just a 5 minute or so walk from beautiful south beach, Ocean Drive, Washington, Lincoln, and Collins Streets!!! The staff were very polite, professional, and well informed. The room was a good size, clean and maintained! Lived the decor and the area!! The Expedia advertisement mentions breakfast included. I showed the advertising to the hotel and they said “the told Expedia many times to remove that”. There was always fresh coffee, pastries, fruit in the lobby... but no formal breakfast. We however would stay here again!! Thank you. Amar

Clean and Comfrtable Hotel

The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and service was great. The hotel is showing its age though and it does have some wear and tear. Not a 5 star place but the accommodations were adequate and most importantly, clean.

Excellent Location!!

Love this Hotel!!, This is the 2nd time we have stayed there. The location is perfect and it is in a fabulous area of lots of restaurants, walking distance to south Beach and Lincoln Avenue. Plus the bus to the airport stops on 13th & Washington, which is only 2 blocks away. The rooms are really nice and updated and you even get free bikes to ride around South Beach... We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone that needs a nice place to stay while in south Beach.. !

Amazing stay in a great location.

The service at the Casa Victoria Orchid was amazing! When I arrived, I my room was upgraded without hassle. It's location in the Spanish village feels like a vacation in itself within Miami beach. The abundance of restaurants close by & serenity of the street made it a perfect stay. I would definitely patronize the Casa again upon returning to South Beach.

Lovely hotel with paper thin walls

nice boutique hotel in a great neighbourhood two 1/2 blocks from the beach. The rooms are large, newly decorated, ours had a very well designed kitchenette, a comfy king bed lovely windows and large bathrooms with tiled walk in showers. Continental breakfast was sufficient and available till 10. Outside is a pedestrian street with many restaraunts and a lively evening crowd and Lincoln Rd just a couple blocks away is another pedestrian 'mall' with restaraunts and lots of shops. staff were knowledgeable and friendly. A wonderful addition to the service is they provide beach chairs, towels and water for the beach and use of the pool at the Victor on the Art Deco hotel strip. The big downside to the hotel is that the walls are paper thin and the tile floored hallways amplify noise including the door locks 'click' which becomes a loud 'clang' at night. We could hear everything going on on our floor - all the conversation of the people next door and the couple enjoying themselves down the hall! Not just muffled noise but the entire conversation and the snoring later. The street itself is very quiet after 10 but you will need ear plugs for the inside noise. we also heard the elevator and people in the hall every time someone came back. I would return but with ear plugs!

Location,location,location!! Stayed for 4 nights and had the time of our life. Big rooms, everything was brand new. If you want to have fun without having to drive this is the place to go.

Great location and clean room

We stayed at Casa Victoria before catching our cruise the following day. It was a clean, large room, very comfortable and tastefully put together. The breakfast was nothing special but the location was great. There is a lot of great places to eat nearby on Espanola Way. We will return here again for our next stay in Miami.

Hotel closed, took my reservation anyways

I booked the hotel a few months in advance. When I pull up to the hotel on the day of my reservation, there’s a sign on the door saying the hotel was closed for renovations and to go to a different hotel about 10 minutes away. I was given no prior notice this was happening and I only booked this hotel for its walking distance to the places I needed to go. Very unprofessional, do not book with this company.

No Notice!!

We did not stay at Casa Victoria Orchid. It was closed for renovations. I did not receive a notice from the hotel or Hotels.com. We were directed to Hotel Ocean. Our reservation was transferred there. We did not have a room with a view. Very disappointing. We shouldve received an upgraded room with a view of the beach at no additional charge.

Super Cute, Clean Hotel

This hotel is a little gem on Espanola Way. We felt like we were in another country. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Stay here if you are looking for a clean, convenient, no frills hotel that is extremely affordable and only a few blocks away from the beach.

Great Spot

Always a pleasure to stay here. This is our spot on SOBE. We try to stay here every time we come. Can't beat the location and the suites are awesome! Our only complete is the lack of a full size ironing board. The small ones are aggravating to use and we use the iron every trip.

Clean and cute

We loved our stay at this gem of a hotel. It is clean and cute. Has a seating area in the lobby that is outdoors. Has coffee and water and even beach towels. The room had a nice bench at the end of the bed that you can lay your bag. It is near a bunch of restaurants.
