Didn’t know what to expect but pleasantly surprised for a hotel/ student living environment. Large apartment clean and everything we needed for a night stay. Great affordability.

Ok for an overnight stay, lacked AC that worked.

Was ok for an overnight stay. AC did not work. Parked just outside on street, ok. Disliked that one was supposed to clean kitchenware self. But no equipment was around. We realized this upon check-out and then considered that we probably used uncleared glasses etc from previous guest (as they probably like us did not have anything to do the dishes with, besides water).

Hub is a heavenly place for a modest hotel

Absolutely wonderful property with a living room bedroom toilet and bath shower over 4 rooms ! Excellent staff especially mellisa who gave me tea coffee has tea coffee machine in room plus fridge and cooker ! Grenoble is great and so is hub ! Thoroughly enjoyed compared to my horrible experience at libert in Marseilles! Will visit again inshallah as Grenoble is wonderful with great museums and nature and history going to tenth century and I want to ski in chambury too! Great memories and experience off to Aix now !

A few things.

The facility went a whole day without hot water. The next two days the hot water worked but only warm at best, so not an ice cold shower but a mildly warm one. The washing machines had a payment problem for a day. Fixed the next day. I witnessed an argument between the manager and the front desk person in the public area or lobby of the facility. It was loud and inappropriate in front of guests.

Unsafe and avoid!

Horribly unsafe place - they robbed the car on their enclosed underground parking with CCTV, opened the coffer and took all the skiing belongings for a family of four (skis, helmets, boots) form there. No one in hotel cares about it, didn’t even say sorry. And this if for payable parking! Rooms questionably clean, found someone’s hair on the towels. Avoid at all cost. On the phot is how I found my car in the morning - coffer opened and boots thrown in the floor around.

The property is centrally located, close to the train, tram, and coach stations. It is also within walking distance of the cable car, as well as shops in the city. However, we faced several issues during our stay. There was not enough bedding provided for our group, and when we brought this up, the receptionist responded with sarcasm. Additionally, the fridge was leaking; when we reported this to the receptionist, who was also working as the barman that day, she advised us to place a towel on the floor to catch the leak. She mentioned that she couldn't do anything further at that moment and promised to call the engineer the next day, but no action was taken during our stay. Furthermore, for five people over the course of three days, we only received one and a half rolls of toilet paper. No one came to clean or refresh the apartment, and the breakfast was not worth the price—there was barely anything available.

ArrivĂ©e aprĂšs 21h, la personne que nous avons eu au tĂ©lĂ©phone ne nous a pas indiquĂ© comment rejoindre notre chambre. Nous avons dĂ» rappeler. Mais le pire c’est lorsque le le lendemain une jeune femme a forcĂ© l’accĂšs Ă  notre chambre prĂ©textant un problĂšme de logiciel alors que mon conjoint avait criĂ© « non! » Ă  deux reprise, aprĂšs qu’elle est toquĂ© et aprĂšs qu’elle est commencĂ© Ă  ouvrir la porte. Cela ne l’a pas empĂȘchĂ© de rester Ă  l’entrĂ©e de la chambre, le regard en direction du miroir qui reflĂ©tait le corps nu de mon conjoint et insistant sur le fait qu’elle avait un problĂšme avec son logiciel et qu’ « elle checker les chambres vides ». Les cris de mon conjoint ne lui ont donc pas suffit pour constater que la chambre Ă©tait louĂ©e

Vi Àr nöjda med hur stor och ren vÄr vistelse var! Enkelt att parkera utanför. NÀr vi kom var det bÀddat för 4 personer. Vi var 5. SvÄrt att nÄ personalen efter en viss tid. Blev erbjudna uppgradering - men faktum kvarstÄr att första natten var vi on our own dÄ det mÄste blivit en miss nÄgonstans pÄ vÀgen att vi var en mer i sÀllskapet. Worst plasce I have stayed in 6 years

When I arrived, I expected the hotel to have a car park, restaurant, and A/C, which are stated in the hotel description. But no car park, only street parking. The restaurant has been closed since December 2024. Worst was the A/C When I arrived, I asked if the A/C was working. As no air was blowing out the vent into the room and it was during a heatwave, it was boiling in the room. The reception stated on their system, it was working. After looking around the room found the A/C was definitely not working as it had been turned off at the breakers. I then asked if they could have a look at the A/C whilst I was away. They said the same thing as it's working on their system, "so it works, it might just be that it turns off overnight, and that is why it's warm in the room". I then complained to Hotels.com as I was adamant about leaving the hotel. Hotels.com then contacted the hotel, and someone came to fix it despite my disbelief. They then checked the breakers and turned them on, and then blamed me for going into the breaker panel and lefty. without a sorry or anything. The whole experience would have been ok if it weren't for the customer service at the hotel. Constant disbelief of what the customer is saying and no desire to help the customer.

Vorteile: Lage, akzeptabler Komfort, Sauberkeit. Nachteile: Ich habe bewusst ein Hotel ausgewĂ€hlt, dessen Rezeption am Wochenende geöffnet ist (steht auf der Website). Letztendlich war ich jedoch gezwungen, selbst einzuchecken, da mir bei der Kommunikation per Nachricht mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Rezeption am Sonntag geschlossen sei. Nach der Buchung und vollstĂ€ndigen Bezahlung ĂŒber hotels.com habe ich vom Hotel einen Zahlungslink erhalten. Der Link schlug vor, anstelle der TouristengebĂŒhr den gesamten Betrag zu zahlen. Wenn ich nicht aufgepasst hĂ€tte, hĂ€tte ich Geld verloren. Das Personal verwies auf einen Fehler. Seien Sie vorsichtig. Auf die Frage nach der DatenschutzerklĂ€rung erfolgte keine Antwort. Das Wasser fließt schlecht. Die Dusche ist kaputt und sie können sie nicht reparieren, weil es keine Ersatzteile gibt. Defekter KĂŒchenhahn, fehlende oder kaputte Dekoelemente.

Je vous dĂ©conseille fortement cet Ă©tablissement. ( Je sĂ©journe a l'hĂŽtel 3-4nuits par semaine et j'ai rarement Ă©tĂ© autant déçu.) Chambre sale Personnel absolument pas agrĂ©able Petit dĂ©jeuner tres moyen Un homme du " service " dit- il est rentrĂ© dans ma chambre lorsque j'y Ă©tait a l'intĂ©rieur sans mon autorisation alors que j'avais sur la porte le panneau NE PAS DERANGER ". Pour soit disant regarder sur tous fonctionne đŸ€” A 23h ma carte ne fonctionne plus pour rentrer dans l'hĂŽtel. Pas de numĂ©ro d'urgence et Ă©videment a partir de 21h30 plus aucun interlocuteur !! En somme fuyez cet Ă©tablissement, je ne comprend pas qu'il puisse avoir cette note lĂ . Premier avis nĂ©gatif que je met a un Ă©tablissement depuis 8 mois de dĂ©placement toute les semaines !

À notre arrivĂ©e tardive, nous avons trouvĂ© la clĂ© sur la table de rĂ©ception. La chambre Ă©tait propre mais il manquait de couette pour le canapĂ© lit et on ne pouvait pas demander pas de personnel la nuit. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était propre.
