Be warned. This place is grubby. Cob webs, grime and overall revolting. The dishes and cups in the kitchenette were not clean. So we decided to wash the cups, however when we pulled out the scourer that they'd provided, that was also filthy. The bed linen was clean but the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. We had booked for 2 nights but left after 1. The only good thing about this property is the location.

I don't normally write reviews, but I make an exception in this case. We stayed for 2 nights. First night did not have a smoke alarm at all due to it being removed to replace the battery (fair enough), but then it was just not replaced! The floors and doors were filthy. Would not dare turn on the range hood when cooking dinner (after EVERY utensil was thoroughly washed twice!) for fear of the grease and dust mixture that was built up underneath falling into our food!! Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. Some sticky substance (I presume food matter - I hope!) on the sofa AND ceiling. Don't even get me started on the mouldy bathroom!!! Yuk, will never stay there again. Absolutely disgusting! Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else that actually gives a crap about their paying guests.

The property was unkempt with broken appliances at the entrance and the front fence crumbling. It is difficult to get in the driveway as it is so narrow, we were required to do a 3 point turn each time , which is dangerous as the road is busy. The apartment was very dirty. There were food splatters on the benches and table, dirty tissues under the couch and beds, and mould on the kitchen and bathroom ceiling. The washing machine and shower leaked profusely. Our room did not get serviced despite requesting it.

Unfortunately this place was a bit dinghy. It was hot with only 1 small air-conditioner to cool a huge space and 2 bedrooms. Location was good though. Close to supermarkets and shops.

We had a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The stove didn't heat well, and the dishwasher didn't work. Bed mattresses were only fair, and doonas stained a bit. Chairs around the main table were quite stained, and living area aging carpet had some stains. Walls needed fresh painting and had some marks. The bathroom had some mould. And we spotted a mouse running round the main area on the last day!

DIRTIEST smallest rooms ever. Conned into paying for a 2nd room upgrade prior to inspection - was single bed in a closet size space. The finger prints on the TV, grease in the carpet, food lodged in the stove, mould in the tiles and furniture but the clincher was the cat poo in the shower. Was billed a 48 hour cancellation fee including for the $80 a night upgrade as we ran for our lives.

I was given a ground floor room which was much appreciated. Needed to climb onto a kitchen chair to reach a plate that I washed before using(they were a bit grubby) A chopping board would have been good. However a hassle free stay while my husband spent the night in Cabrini nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. It is near supermarket, cafes, restaurants and transport especially the airport bus. We had stayed here in early June and had enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed with 8 full rubbish bins on the property and dirty laundry outside our door for the 3 days we stayed. We will be not be staying here again.

We arrived at apx 12.30. I had called when I made the booking to request we could use the room from 12 o’clock. The room wasn’t ready. I explained we had a function to attend at 2 o’clock and had to get ready. We were give another room which I was grateful for. The room was definitely not clean. Bedside table had rubbish in it, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and the shower had mould and dirt on the floor. The carpet was stained as well. I did not expect this from the reviews I read. Disappointed!

Good mid-range serviced apartment

Clean mid range apartment with wash machine freezer hob oven microwave dishwasher. Very convenient for Brighton shops & station. On busy junction so some traffic noise. No extractor in bathroom.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned as it had empty bottles and cans, the door looked like it had been broken into and the tv etc didn't work. Dirty dishes in the dish washer. Looked like someone was already stahing there. Felt unsafe.
