We love staying at this hotel, the room was big and the balcony view was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many iconic places. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

A great option if you're looking for more of an apartment type of feel instead of a large hotel. Staff was awesome. Room was clean and well appointed. Convenient location to Time Square, Central Park, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here twice ready and I really enjoy being at this hotel. The kitchen is a major plus for me. The bar upstairs is nice. Their staff is friendly. The drinks are very nice! My only complaint is the parking situation, but it's New York, so there's nothing new there. All in all this hotel is a great place to stay in the city.

VERY NOISY. We were on 14th floor and could hear every honk and car turn as if we were sleeping on the street. Needed earplugs to sleep. Also building old and our bathroom clearly old, with black mold around tub and big water damage on bathroom door. Scary looking if you pay attention. Location is great though. 6min walking distance from UN Headquarters. If it wasn’t for the hotel street noise, paper thin walls, water damage and creepy bathroom, the place would be great
