I received lots of communication beforehand so that I could complete the advance check in. The propety was easy to access with the information provided, and was clean and well stocked with everything I would need. I would happily stay there again if visiting Granada.

Cozy comfy designed apartment communicated with easy check in by what’s app. Super center located in between all the sightseeing spots. My appreciation of washing machine pods / lockers/ teabags- coffee capsules offered. Definitely come back here once in Granada!

Mükemmel bir konumda hemen her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Tren garından yürüyerek geldik ve şehir merkezine yürüyerek gittik. Konforlu ve temiz. İşlek bir yerde ve markete yakın. Odamızda aradığımız her şey vardı. Yine gitsem Granadada yine burayı tercih ederim.

Spacious, clean, great location. Arrived close to midnight during the power outage, having doubts that we could get in the building. Instead, someone (in all that excitement did not get his name) was waiting for us in the hallway. They let us in and helped us get our luggage to our 4th floor room. We thank the young man for the help and fully recommend Numa/Vega. Great people.

Tres bon sejour.

Confortable et bonne literie. Excellente situation. Le seul defaut est le bruit la nuit dans la chambre car nous avions un appartement sur l avenue. Pas de bruit pour le second couchage dans le salon car il y aune logia qui permet de ne pas attendre bruit de la circulation.

Excellent property, with only two issues that degraded my rating: 1. Thin walls - you can hear everything in the apartment next door and the street, so sound sleep is next to impossible (even with the free earplugs that they give you on arrival - that should have been an hint). 2. Temperature control: the A/C was stuck at 21 degrees Celsius, even when we tried to reduce it to 19 degrees. Again sleep was a casualty.

O numa é muito bem localizado em uma avenida central, fácil deslocamento. Mas se você estiver de carro, não consegue descarregar as malas na frente do local, porque é uma avenida muito movimentada e o estacionamento público mais perto é a uns 3/4 quadras de distância. Mas gostamos muito da decoração do espaço, tem elevador e fácil acesso com senhas.

This property has a lot of potential but really needs someone to check the apartments regularly for condition / maintenance. Numa is well located, close to all of the major sites, easily walkable to Alhambra (15 minutes to the Puerta de Granada, up through the park and you arrive at the front entrance) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The first room we stayed in (1 bed with terrace) was spacious and had a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Unfortunately all of the building’s HVAC units are installed just outside the bedroom window and it sounds like someone is mowing the lawn - non-stop, all night. We contacted Numa to request a room change and the first person we spoke with said there are no other rooms of the same category available and suggested earplugs. It was late so we decided to try sleeping on the pull-out couch on the living room - this was terrible for our backs and not a sustainable solution for 5 nights. At 5am I reached out again and this customer service agent was far more helpful and offered a different room without terrace one floor down. We accepted the change and our room rate was adjusted accordingly. Phew! The second room was slightly smaller but much quieter. The only issue we had was a sewer odor that percolated through the apartment. During the day we would leave the windows open to air things out but as soon as they were shut the strong smell returned. We were unable to pinpoint the issue (tried running and not running the heat)

Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!

El apartamento 504 es estupendo. Limpieza impecable estado casi perfecto. Muy chullo y terraza de 10, grande y con vistas de ensueño. Pero infortunadamente es impossible dormir en la habitación del piso. Esta pegado un cuarto de todos los grupos de calefaccion y aire acondicionado del edificio que hacen ruido muy fuerte todo el dia y la noche. Este alojamiento es perfecto pero si te proponen el piso 504 el mejor y mas grande de todos huye ! Ni intenta al menos que seas sordo.

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld via KI konnte unsere Rückfragen zur Parksituation nicht klären. Uns war auch nicht klar, dass wir Dinge wie z.B. WC-Papier oder Kaffee nicht nachgekauft werden mussten, sondern im Vorratsschrank im UG bereit lagen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend, aber die laute Klima macht einen längeren Aufenthalt sicher unentspannt. Das ist aber Jammern auf höchstem Niveau!
