This is a "Plain Jane" affordable hotel. The rooms don't have pictures on the wall but have all the basic needs you could ask for. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable, but no restaurant on site.

Mediocre hotel. Tiny room, only instant coffee. Maid service occasionally. Did have a washer and dryer which was nice. Hand towels not available.

We came late for check in and the reception is not 24 hrs, it wouldve been fine if the process of getting in is easy however, it took them a while to get us in leaving us cold outside the building. Also, some staff were not friendly and courteous.

Excellent accommodation. My suite had everything I needed and more. Well equipped kitchenette, hot plate, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine & dryer. Centrally located and handy for everything.

This was very disappointing. The firealarm went off twice in two days. The first time it did, the power went off as well for several hours and we could not get back to our rooms. The second time it went off at 4am. I had just flown in on that first day after a 16 hours flight and was really hoping to rest. Location is great as it is close to many things downtown and by the harbor

People booking the hotel should know that this is an apartment style hotel. The main reception isn’t staffed after 9 or 10p and then again not until 8a or 9a. Housekeeping is only briefly in the building every day. Still liked the hotel - convenient location to downtown activities. Area around it is fairly new, with not many actual businesses. Kitchenette and washer/dryer in unit a huge plus. Our dishwasher was broken during our stay and the fridge froze most things.

The hotel and the room were clean and looked newly renovated, we had a full kitchen with coffee and tea supplies.Thing to note that there is no reception between the evening hours and 8AM. We arrived on an early flight and had to wait outside.The windows do not open in the room. On a positive side, the room was ready before check in time. Overall, we had a good stay

Only two blocks from Sky Tower. Good restaurants nearby for breakfast and lunch. Had one dinner close by. Stayed after a two week cruise. Nice to see Auckland on our own and not too far from dock area and ferries to Waiheke island.

This is a relatively new facility. The location is great. It is close to the waterfront and downtown area. The room is well thought out. Only complaint is that the lights are very bright. A night light would be useful.
