The hotel location is great, close to everything, although I purchased a metro pass , I ended up walking to many places to explore Paris more. Love the area and there are plenty of restaurants, cafe, creperie and shops around the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, specially Zakaria who went the extra mile to help us whenever needed. My trip was amazing and part of this was because of the hotel. Rooms might need a bit of upgrade but for the size of the room , location and facilities, I was very happy as I hate small places. We usually travel with a lot of luggage so space is needed. Also having a kitchen was really great as it allowed us to have a healthy snack during the day. AC was working perfectly. The hotel offered free coffee at the reception and there is a water dispenser too. Highly recommended!

Apartment in Paris

Location is perfect. Lobby is clean and very nice. Our room in tower 2 was very dated and not in great repair. Keep in mind that the room is not historic so I'm not referencing old. Its not well kept up. Mildew in the shower, broken parts in the shelving beside the bed. My daughter cut her arm on the broken melamine reaching or the light switch. Overall it was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again. Just don't go in expecting Ritz Carleton levels. Lol (i generally do stay at the Ritz so take my review with that in mind)

This hotel has a great location. The room was clean. The person who checked us in was incredibly rude. After we paid, she told us to " move aside there is another customer" We were not told important details like how to use the elevator or front door with our key. The room was 1417 and it was on the fourth floor this was not made clear to us. The lobby is beautiful but as far as the hallways and rooms go they are in dire need of paint and a refurbish. the carpet in the room was disgusting.

Excellent location! But…The hotel is a bit run down. The bathrooms are really dated, paint peeling off doors. Tub stopper doesn’t work. The hair-dryer does not work at all, bring your own. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. Staff communicated well in English but were not very friendly. Check in is at 3:00 but our room wasn’t ready until after that. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and asked in advance for a little something in the room. They say they would do something and they didn’t. Overall it is a 3/5 for me.

Overall had a good stay. Couple small issues that were addressed. Had excellent pizza in The Chaplin restaurant in hotel. Very central to points of interest. Louve and Musée D’Orsay very close by.
