We stayed here for one night as a stop on a family road trip with young kids. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortable and the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all — not only affecting basic internet use but also making it impossible to use the TV services. When we asked for help, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. The décor was another disappointment: it felt cold, harsh, and cheaply done, with no soft touches to create a welcoming atmosphere. While the room was acceptably tidy, the floor didn’t feel particularly clean, and the bathtub didn’t look spotless — enough so that we chose not to use it. All in all, we didn’t feel this was good value for money. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Our room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The concierge was very nice. But communication was poor. We arrived just a few minutes past their closing time (7:00PM) and no one answered the phone. There was only a recording. Also there were road constructions around the hotel that night. The entry to the hotel was blocked from all directions & we couldn’t find our way back in. No one from the hotel informed us how to work around that situation. It was late. We were tired…& most frustrated!

Très spacieux et moderne, frigo un peu petit et non adapté à son meuble. Le 4 personnes dans lequel nous étions n'était pas équipé d'un balcon (peu de logements semblent dans ce cas), ce qui est très peu pratique pour étendre le linge après passage à la plage d'autant + avec de la moquette au sol. Chambre 4 personnes mais 2 chaises seulement. Néanmoins très moderne, salle de bain avec baignoire + douche, double vasque, WC séparé, grand lit, très bien insonorisé. Accueil sympathique. Le lieu est sans aucun charme, à côté d'un Leclerc et d'une voie rapide, mais très bien situé à 20min de l'océan, 10min de la dune du pyla, 3min d'aqualand, 10min d'Arcachon, ce qui nous convenait parfaitement. Bref tout dépend ce que l'on cherche, si vous cherchez à bougez autour du bassin, c'est une bonne adresse.

Très difficile à trouver suite au changement de nom et panneaux indicateurs non remplacés. Hôtel "Ecofriendly" donc pas de mise en marche de la clim dans les chambres avant votre arrivée : c'est un four, en pleine canicule avec des fenêtres plein ouest et rideaux occultants non fermés. Photos mensongères : Studio supérieur présenté avec balcon sur toutes les photos alors qu'ils n'ont tous que des fenêtres (réponse de l'accueil suite demande de changt). Ménage et contrôle des équipements à revoir : 1 bouilloire sans support chauffant, 1 chaise pour 2 mais cassée, pas de coffre fort, canapé avec les coussins d'assise non accrochés et qui glissent vers le sol. Les réceptionnistes nous ont remplacé les manquants avec les articles de leurs chambres (elles couchent à l'hotel), et 2 j pour le remplacement de la chaise cassée car 1 seule personne au service technique et il était en repos !! Pour les longs séjours, passage pour ménage tous les 4j, mais comme le sol de la chambre est en moquette, on ne peut nettoyer soi-même. Le seul point fort, c'est le calme la nuit. Hôtel surement très bien pour 1 nuit ou 2, pour des arrêts de professionnels, mais pas plus.

Chambre très bien agencée, spacieuse. Peut-être le seul défaut serait qu'il y a uniquement des offres avec baignoire mais malgré tout, vitre pour séparer et fonctionnel.
