Hot water was not available all the time. Taking shower was hard due to water pressure. There was a problem with bathroom door and everything outside of shower room gets wet when taking shower. Staff hardly speak english.

we truly enjoyed our EVERY interactions with the staff and zero miscommunication between English/Spanish at any point:) be it from the Front desk/Check-in- excellent house keepers, so friendly with a Smile... seimpre:) - nice little pool, amazing tacos (2 places & Vancouver Wings right across the street - BURGERS, you say... turn left from Hotel about 300 m and you got " The BEST BURGERS DOWNTOWN" , if you don't check it out, it's seriously a shame:(- Oxxo across the street for all your munchies, beer, you get it. It's a little far in term of getting to the Beaches in "The HOTEL ZONE", but WHo CAres, Chill...YUR in Cancun the Hotel is very reasonably priced for what The Hotel provides their guests!!

The staff were very unfriendly & not supportive. It seems like we are staying in this hotel for free. After the second day of the seventh day, we left this hotel and went to another hotel in the Cancun Hotel zone. It’s a Cancun tourist capital. We didn’t recommend this place for any families, especially if you are coming out of the country. We tried using the pool, but they were very disrespectful and unsupportive. Almost all the staff argued that the ancient TV didn’t work well when we left.

Property is well situated but it is definitely in need of a renovation. Furniture in the rooms was badly stained. The staff were very friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a well priced centrally located hotel this is a good choice.
