マンション１棟建の建物で宿名等の表示がないので場所が分かりにくい。 チェックインカウンターがないので施設から送信されるアクセスキーで部屋の鍵を受け取る仕組みだが、腰を屈めて小さなタッチパネルを操作するのが大変。 部屋は清潔だが、スリッパがない。 室内はともかく、トイレにはスリッパを置いて欲しい。 総合的に、お風呂に入って寝るだけなら十分な施設です。

Good hotel if you want to cook

The hotel has parking for more/night but there is another parking around the corner for less/night Rooms have a nice kitchenette so food is not a problem if you want to cook. Comfort bed and washer/dryers in room and free to use.

チェックインの方法については事前に連絡が来ましたが文字化けしていて開けませんでした。チャットでやりとりし、メールを再度送っていただき確認できました。事前に確認していたので、チェックインのやり方は簡単でした。部屋は綺麗で、備品も最低限揃っていたので特に問題ありませんでした。ベットは背中でコイルを感じますが寝れました。胡屋の中心地に近いため便利な立地です。

課題多し

玄関でずっとセキュリティの警報が鳴り続けているのが今日だけなのかずっと修理されていないのかが不明。 メールで来る入館方法のリンクが正しくなく読めない。 鍵ボックスのタッチパネルの位置が低くかつ画面が小さく操作するのが大変。 ベッドがやけに柔らかく寝ていると腰が痛くなる。 と、正直あまり良い印象はありません。

Wifiが使えず、大変不便でした。フロントがないため、連絡先として記載してあった電話番号に電話をしましたが、要領を得ない対応でした。また、ベッドのスプリングもゆるゆるで、寝心地もよくなかった。

タオルをケチるな。

チェクインの際の鍵の暗証番号を押すオートロックの位置が低すぎる。しゃがみ込んで押さないといけない位置。非常にしんどい。 ベッドのマットレスが不快。バネのコルクが体に当たるくらい陳腐なマットレス。 洗濯乾燥機がありこれは便利だが、洗剤も販売または置いておいて欲しい。旅行用洗剤をコンビニまでかいにいった。 タオルが連泊でも、1人フェイスタオル、バスタオルそれぞれ一枚は不潔。替えのタオルが欲しい。 せめて有料でも追加のタオルを用意するべき。2泊で一枚は体を洗っても本当に気持ち悪い。

No customer service at all. I stayed 7 days but no wifi, dirty utensils, no customer support,bad smelling wardrobe, unsafe. Would request everyone if you don't want to be your life terrible so choose another one.

Nice clean place, full kitchen. Plenty of supplies. Just very inconvenient parking, there is plenty of parking spots under the building that are available but they don’t let you use. And the paid parking lots are 5$ every time you park there and leave. There is a abandoned hotel nearby where you can park for free. Just have to walk like 5 minutes back.

綺麗で場所も問題なし。でも備品でキッチンペーパーがあるけど10日間も宿泊するのにまだ何も使わないウチから2枚ぐらいしかなく宿泊が開始してしまうと補充もしてもらえない… 備品があるのはすごく助かるので補充をちゃんとしてもらえると助かるかな。

ビジネスで2週間滞在しました。 一人での使用でしたので、２つあるベッドの一つ分のスペースはデッドスペースとなり、わかっていたことですが、損をしたような気持ちになりました。他に、温水シャワー便座ではなかったこと（部屋の質感からするとアンビリバボー）シャワーの水圧の弱さ、ベッドのマットレスのコイルスプリングが下から突き上げて来る感じがあったこと、キッチンのシンクの幅に対して、備え付けのフライパンの幅がギリギリでとても洗いにくく苦労したことなどが残念でした。 上記以外は、静かだったし、清掃用具やごみ袋のストックも十分にあり、生活しやすいと思いました。 トータルでは、清潔で便利なロケーションにあるところなので、次回も利用すると思います。
