Great location and great view of Old Town from the windows. Clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Can walk from the train to this location as well. Only thing to be aware of is 3 flights of stairs with luggage is required.

One of the best properties that we have stayed at in Edinburgh. The M S near by was great for meals, and access to New Town and the Royal Mile was superb. Very quiet and comfortable.

The whole stay was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the bed really comfy. It had all the amenities you needed for your stay and was close to Edinburgh Festival activities, which was the reason for us going to Edinburgh. Highly recommended. 5*

nice place- lots of stairs to get to our room, but the room was very comfortable and large- lots of space. we had a little trouble with the door, but it was fine. very convenient for hopping on the trains.

Lovely apartment. Great location. Great facilities. No lift though and there was lots of stairs. Parking was in a shopping centre car park about 700m away. This was not clearly communicated but once we knew about it we adjusted.
